That's a copyrighted single-panel cartoon, we can't use it without permission.
Why don't we just take out the first panel on Eleventy Zillion?
Two suggestions from Disney Comics and Scrooge Mc Duck:
1. Umpteen-centrifugillion dollars.
2. (About a quarter of the way down the page) One multiplujillion nine obsquatumatillion six hundred and twenty-three dollars and sixty-two cents.
2 is my favourite so far.
Edited to add number 2 as an image.
My suggested caption: "It took him eleventeen days to count it"

Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMThat wouldn't be readable when shrunk down to wiki size, and I still like my second suggestion better.
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMThe Scrooge pic + the suggested caption is a good combo.
I quite like the Scrooge one and caption too. I think we may need a crowner here...
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Clock is set.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSo it's timed out, or pretty near. What does that mean?
Do we forget about it for lack of support, or go with the most popular suggestion, or go with a crowner, or what?
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMRe-clocked since this is a duplicate pic issue. We can do a crowner or get some votes for one in posts. I'm quite happy with the uploaded Scrooge pic.

Also like the Scrooge pic.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThat's four so far (including me) for Scrooge. What's the standard here? How many do we need, and how many dissenting votes would call for a crowner?
Absent-minded professor and Neverwinter Nights DMThe Scrooge example is definitely the best.
One or two more votes for the Scrooge pic and we can bank it.
Another vote for the Scrooge picture.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.I shall offer a for Scrooge.
The image on Eleventy Zillion is the same as on Know-Nothing Know-It-All, or to be exact, they're panels 2+3 versus 1+2 of the same Calvin And Hobbes strip. Aside from that, Eleventy Zillion is not just about making up numbers, but specifically about making up huge numbers (generally ending in -illion), so it's not really a very good illustration there; it fits better on Know-Nothing Know-It-All.
Suggested replacement◊.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!
