Moved this to Bug Reports so that it'll get seen by the right people, and changed title from "How long does it typically take for a confirmation email to be sent"; I don't know how long it's meant to take but I'm pretty sure it's not that long.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

Maybe it's running afoul of a spam blocker?

It doesn't seem to be, because it didn't get dumped into my spam folder. Also, oddly enough, I seem to be getting notifications on both my old email address (Which I'm phasing out of use for registrations and general and just hanging on to for keeping in contact with family and friends) and the new one. Despite not getting a confirmation email.

We figured out the problem. Should be fixed shortly.

I updated the email address associated with this account about an hour or so ago, and I've yet to receive a confirmation email. How long does it typically take for one to be sent? And yes, I've checked my spam folder.
Edit @1 AM EST: It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't got a confirmation email. This is getting worrisome.
