Wanting to throw this up to see if anyone has some interest in playing a fantasy RP with Historical Domain Character involved. Kinda like how the manga Drifters did it, except with some differences.

What differences from Drifters did you have in mind? I like how Read or Die managed similar by explaining that they were all clones.

For starters (aside from change in Big Bad and some races involved), I'd get rid of the mechanic that a historical domain character gets involved after the day they die in (e.g. A known historical person who dies in his 50s will appears in the Drifters world in the exact same age).

That one is detrimental IMO since there are some awesome historical domain characters who had lives long such as Simo Hayha.

I'm thinking more of other stuff, especially on how communicating will go since not all will speak English.
