Maybe we can post pages in need of cleanup? With so many followers, it's likely that at least 100 tropers will see it and try to clean it up.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.Good idea. Let's keep it fun to start then once we build up the fans more we can start doing weekly posts on areas that need work.
The page is already gaining traction. We've had more than a few thousand new fans added to the page in the last week alone.
If you do that maybe a short note for new editors to check on the rules and procedures so we avoid people stumbling into a edit issues and into the suspension thread.
An idea would be asking for a simple decently written essay analysis from various tropers to feature in posts. Like what we would post up on the Analysis sub pages.
Who watches the watchmen?Who's in charge of the recent posts?
Do the P5 or whoever know about the comic that's being used to illustrate Reveal Shot on the page? You know, the one with the punchline about an old man masturbating on the beach?
i care but i'm restless, i'm here but i'm really gone, i'm wrong and i'm sorry, babyIf you're referring to Oglaf, it got a pass due to it being primarily a comedy despite the pervasive sexual content. Not sure if you're referring to something else.

I'm referring to TV Tropes's Facebook page having aforementioned comic posted to it. The Oglaf picture on the Reveal Shot page is SFW.
The comic currently at the top of our Facebook profile is somewhat less so.
i care but i'm restless, i'm here but i'm really gone, i'm wrong and i'm sorry, babyLink to the Facebook page. The offending picture is currently the top post.
i care but i'm restless, i'm here but i'm really gone, i'm wrong and i'm sorry, babyYeah, I realized after the fact that I misread your post but couldn't find this one to redact it. I replied in the other thread.
Who runs the Facebook page?
There's a very particular complaint from ~Bisected8 concerning it on Ask The Tropers
"Did you expect somebody else?"
Hey guys, I'm the one managing the Facebook page for TV Tropes. With a little convincing Facebook merged 4 abandoned fan pages for us into one main page with over 20K fans!
Take a look: https://www.facebook.com/TVTropes
I've been posting on it for about 2 weeks now and it's starting to get a good amount of interaction. I could use ideas for future posts. I'm doing one per day as a "Trope of the Day". Post your ideas here. What is the funniest trope you've seen? Or give me a unique image or thought-provoking quote and we'll find a trope to go with it.
Let's take over Facebook!
