There's something about both images that's making me say "Where's the Fanservice?"...I'd like to see some other options, but if it comes down to those two, my vote's for the crop of the current.

In universe reaction is no substitute for showing it. The crop has more focus than the current.

Current > 1.1 > 1.2
I do think the upper panel is unnecessary, but the bottom one? Definitely needs to stay. It's the best illustration of the trope there, IMO.

Nothing particularly against the current, though I find the top and bottom panels quite distracting and frankly not adding anything significant to what's being depicted in the main panel. Requesting permission to change with this tighter crop◊. Although I'm also quite fond of this one◊ which shows a better In-Universe reaction from other characters.
