It certainly does address those issues...what's it from?
I don't care for the suggestion. The cartoony art style makes it look more like Boy Meets Ghoul where the woman is in a relationship with a living skeleton, rather than her kissing a posed skeleton.

I think the current has the same problem.
So we need something where the skeleton is lying down?
The skeleton's limp arms in the suggestion say "it's not animated" to me.
