The internet itself. I remember life without it. When you wanted to know something, you had to either go the library or buy a big book to tell you how to do it, and the small version of the Encyclopaedia Britannia was in your home. Now, Wikipedia, How Stuff Works and other sites make information and fact finding easy (I will say, Wikipedia isn't good with some stuff, but is mostly accurate.)
