Duplicate Image: Franchise.Ys

Red-Headed Hero and Ys have the same image. It shouldn't be too hard to find another image of the same character: [1]◊ [2]◊ [3]◊

The first pic is okay; the other two aren't working.

F&$#%#$ evil website. I saw the other two earlier, and they were good. Could you reupload them somewhere else?

It is not just a picture of a particular character. An advantage of the current is that there are other people in it. The trope is about heroes, after all. The suggestions would be "just a face".

Agreeing with rodney. I don't think downgrading an image is better than a work-page duplicate.

Is there another character that can be used instead?

Or maybe change the picture from the work page? [1]◊

7 and 8.1 are good for the work page.

8.2 and 8.3 aren't good for the trope. The first have too many redheads, and the second is only a single character, which makes it weaker than the current.

7 looks good as well as 8.3. Not sure who is the hero in 8.1 and 8.2 has too many redheads. 11.1 also looks good as well as 11.2. 11.3 is a bit busier.

Giving this a bump...I honestly don't care which image gets changed, so I guess we need to settle on that - would it be easier to go for a new pic on the work page?

There are plenty of games in the series to choose from, so that might be easier.

And for the image text how about the game's tool tip suggesting to become the galaxy's ultimate hero?

There's also Mara Jade Skywalker for Red-Headed Hero.

That doesn't work too well due to customization and the fact that her 'official' design changes from game to game, heck in 2 was a blonde.

That doesn't work well as well due to the fact that she is evil in half her appearances and Heroes Want Redheads is a far more apt trope for her, she has never taken the lead to be the main hero to my knowledge, they have to be the main hero.

Are you sure you got that right? All the games had the default redhead appearance with slight changes and upgrades. I think you might be remembering a contest for box art where Fem!Shep was planned to be blonde but somehow the default normal look was not one of the choices.

Anyway, if we want a red headed hero who's the biggest? Someone bigger than Shepard?

It does not have to be the biggest, they just have to be the protagonist. IE if Luke Skywalker was a redhead then one of the Star Wars posters would be perfect.

A good shot showing The Hero with red hair and The Hero being the obvious leader of The Team, rescuing the princess or whatever would work, and several have already been posted in this thread.

For this trope, I've still not seen any example be as good as the current.

Perhaps I'm a bit biased, but I wouldn't mind seeing a real life redhead.

There are loads of results for CSI Miami.

Which one is the supposed redhead? The main character looks blond to me.

Really? What pictures are you looking at? The guy who is the focal point of the group shots is an obvious redhead. He's listed on the trope page as well.

I guess solo shots of characters have already been shot down, but I'll leave it here just in case.

I'd call him strawberry blonde and in most of those he's just standing there. If you have a suggestion you should pick specific images.

His hair color seems to change with lighting. In some of those images, it's more clearly read.
