Lilo from Lilo and Stitch. No one said there were age restrictions on our Disney heroines. Why do I like her? She's probably the youngest Disney heroine, she actually looks realistic as far as sizes go, she's imaginative, she's quirky, and she's not afraid to be herself.
Honestly, I was a bit like Lilo when I was little. I was always the little girl that ended up playing by herself because no one wanted to and liked really weird stuff. Plus, I had a really close bond with my pet.

I don’t even know anymore.Mulan. I think I might have said why she was the best in the Disney Princess thread but basically, I see a lot of myself in her, from her awkwardness to her unladylike habits to her outside-the-box tactics to her loyalty to her family. Also, she:
- almost singlehandedly routed an entire army
- killed the enemy general
- saved the emperor's life
I agree. Mulan is an awesome gal. It's also a testament to the writer's skill that they manage to make her pull off such outstanding feats (as she pretty much single-handedly destroys the entire Hun invasion and even the Hun nation) while still making her vulnerable and relatable.
Mulan is just great.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."What an interesting thread title.
My angry rant blog! Can't pick one...there are so many.....but my favourites are Rapunzel, Belle, Cinderella, Mulan, Miss Bianca, Ariel, not necessarily in that order.
Vanellope, because she's both cute and useful.
Signatures are for lamers.I'll go with Aurora and Alice. They both had such beautiful voices and were so cute! Easily the most adorable Disney females.
My second choice would probably be Anna. Really enjoyed her personality and what she did in the film.

Supports cartoons being cartoony!Gosh, I have so many favorites, but my favorites would probably be Elsa, Ariel, Mulan, Esmeralda, Megara and Rapunzel. I loved all of these heroines because they not only do so much in the films they are in, but they also have endearing personalities that makes me really sympathize with these characters!
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!I'll take D for "all of the above". Also, does Eve count? Her programming is clearly feminine. Also Andy's Mom is particularly charismatic for being a single stay at home mom and being able to raise two children by herself.
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction. It's been awhile since I've seen the movie, but Captain Amelia was pretty cool.
Looking for some stories?Snow White taught me to be kind and tolerant. The movie was made in the 1930s and set even earlier, but not once is Snow White prejudiced or frightened of the Dwarfs. She treats them as men and equals, and asks that they be blessed for being kind to her in return.
Cinderella taught me that you can still find ways to keep hope even in bad situations. She was in a no-win scenario, but she still kept dreaming, and wasn't afraid to go to the ball. She saw herself as beautiful despite what her stempfamily said! And she also kept Bruno in the house despite them hating her and having a cat.
Aurora was graceful and beautiful! The fairies' spells really did make everyone love her :) She sang so prettily, and I love how she danced with the owl and the forest animals before meeting Philip. And notice how she invites him to the cottage, where she knows her aunts would e if there WAS any trouble. And she went to meet the king and queen even after she was upset about her heritage! I liked that she had a mischievous side as well, teasing the fairies about making her go off to pick berries.
Eilonwy taught me to respect others. Taran said girls don't know anything about swords after she helped him escape, and she stormed off. When he went to apologize to her, she forgave him and treated him with respect in return. My favorite E Ilonwy moment is when she tells Taran that she believes in him, even when he doesn't believe in himself.
The Protomen enhanced my life.I don't have a favorite Disney heroine. They basically end up equally likable to me.
Yeah, they're all good people, I think.
Oh God! Natural light!I remember reading that Walt Disney said Alice In Wonderland didn't succeed like Cinderella because the leading lady "didn't have heart." I respectfully disagree. When Alice starts singing the song "Very Good Advice," it makes you want to give her a hug.
Flora is the most beautiful member of the Winx Club. :)I'll go with Elsa, Mulan, and (if it counts) Mabel.
It's been 3000 years…I think he said the movie didn't have heart, not Alice herself.
Alice may not have had as much heart as, say, Snow White, but it did have heart. I love how she talked with her cat ^^
The Protomen enhanced my life.
Completely bored right now (actually, not bored but wanted to start something just for fun)—started off as a Disney princess quiz but ended up going for any of the heroines in general.
Here is the topic:
Who is your favorite Disney heroine and why? Why do you think she is the best out of the bunch (in your opinion)?
Can pick any Disney lead-ish female including those in Pixar movies, although keep it Disney—e.g. no Thumbelina, Mrs. Brisby (sorry!), etc.
Feel free to list more than one if you have many favorites!
