Poor Image: Pit Girls

The girls wearing the same color scheme as the car tips me solidly in 16's favor. Here's a couple of takes on that pic, one with just the umbrella girl and one with both.

When I initially suggested the pic I had something like 26.1 in mind but after seeing it at wiki size I think 26.2 is better.

Looks like we have a solid consensus for 26.2. Pic is uploaded and tagged. I don't know where to pothole it to, though. Is it from an actual work, or is it just a random poster image?

It comes from Pixiv.net apparently. I've backtracked it there with Tineye and there are similar artstyles there.

...that does bring up the problem of copyright though, do we need to get the artist's permission to use it?

I thought we don't need to ask for permission of singular images unless is a commissioned work?

If its from Pixiv, then asking the artist may be a problem. Anyone here write fluent Japanese?
