I can't look at the suggestions right now but the current needs to go...huge clash between it and the actual article.
Not sure which one I like more, but they're all better than the current.
Check out my fanfiction!Current is a work image on the page for a completely different work, so it needs to go, posthaste. I like 1.2-1.5 though - 1.1 looks a bit like Picasso to me.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIs that, like, inherently bad? :P
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. No, but to me it suggests a completely different work.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanPersonally, my favor would go to 1.4, as it use genuine greek art.
I personally like 1.2 the most, though the picture is rather small. Did some GIS-ing on my own and found another nice one: [1]◊
1.4 works best for me.
Not too much activity on this one. There seems to a weak consensus on 1.4 thus far, shall we wait for more votes?
Yeah, not enough consensus for that one specifically...might need to go to a crowner if it sits for much longer.
Crowner's hooked.
Pre-weekend votes bump; 4 options in green right now.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanGiving this another bump. Only 1.4 is in the green and it's doing fine, but another few votes would be nice.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. This one's safe to call. Can someone please upload and add the winner? Thanks in advance.
Done. Caption or no caption is all the same to me; I'll lock this tomorrow if nobody proposes anything.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Doesn't need one.
Check out my fanfiction!Locking up.
Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
Apparently, the picture is from an old Amiga game called Total Chaos. It doesn't have a work page itself, though there's a link to the inexistant Main/ page Total Chaos.
Overall, I consider quite confusing to have a work page illustrated by a picture from another, unrelated work, apparently based solely on the title. And a pixellated video game picture is frankly a poor illustration for a work about ancient Greek mythology, honestly.
No image would be better than this one. Even so, a replacement can be found anyway with a bit of googling: [1] [2]◊ [3]◊ [4]◊ [5]◊
