Where To Find Tropes and Trope Finding Desk are my first ideas.

Where's That Trope?
What's That Trope?
Looking For Trope
Also, is the name the problem or is it not visible enough? I'm drawing a blank on how I learned about the site functions, I lurked for quite a while as well.

"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984I'd say You Know That Trope Where but that's way too close to the established YKTTW for comfort. Whats That Trope? or Do We Have This Trope? work best for me, although Trope Locating (something) is a pretty good suggestion, too.

Trope Locator?
Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyMethinks both the lack of visibility (in the Trope Talk forum) and the name may be a problem. Regarding the name, I am not favourable towards dialoguey titles since we are naming a thing, not a Predefined Message.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanA couple of suggestions.
- Move Lost and Found to between Ask the Tropers and Forum in the troperville menu.
- Add it to as a blue button to the top of the page.
I think visibility is probably a bigger problem, but the name can certainly be improved. I don't really know where to find it myself without looking around for a bit, since I barely ever use that menu, and instead just look on the all forums page.
Do We Have This Trope? or Trope Locator/Finder work the best for me.

Check out my fanfiction!Trope Finder gets my vote; it's simple, direct, and gets the point across.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)Yeah. Trope Finder does sound good. Hard to misinterpret.
Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyYou Know That Trope, playing off You Know That Show? :)
I think that's a little too close to YKTTW.
Check out my fanfiction!Whats The Trope or Is There A Trope For is usually how it's phrased.

What's That Trope?
I just lost Lost and Found, so I imagine it's now Trope Finder.
If you're not already on it, as of this post it's not a gold text link.

"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984Currently Lost And Found is still called by that name, but Trope Finder is now an additional redirect to it.
Not sure if Eddie's going to be gradual about this, or flip it over in the next day or two.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)When I was new here, I had more problems with YKTTW not sitting right with me, because "You know that thing where" sounds a lot like a Lost & Found board.
It would make more sense if you saw how it (and the wiki in general) worked in its early days.
YKTTW's purpose was always the same as it is now, creating new tropes, but the focus was different. It was as though the trope was already out there, waiting for us to identify it and put a name to it - in other words, "You Know That Thing Where [description of trope]? What should we call it?" (along with some other discussion about the trope). Occasionally it would be ruled that it fell into an existing trope, but not often.
When people used YKTTW to bring up tropes that already existed (generally after we moved to the first version of the current YKTTW system, what I call "YKTTW 2.0"), usually out of ignorance but more than a few times using YKTTW as a "lost and found", it was generally annoying to the regulars and came off as a waste of our time; that's how I got Wick named after me, and that's how Lost And Found got split off.

Still for me the phrase "You Know That Thing Where" transports the meaning "please point me to it" (= lost & found).
But to stay on-topic: I have no problem with the name "Lost & Found" for the board in question.
Moved this to the Tech Wishlist as a reminder that the "Trope Finder <-> Lost and Found" needs to be standardized.

The name of Lost And Found is evidently not clear enough for a lot of people. Let's brainstorm a new name.
