Where does he fall relative to Ron Stoppable?
More than 90% better.
"We be we baby!"To be fair, at the start Marco was useful only because Ludo's monsters were unrealistically incompetent.

To be honest, they're still unrealisitcally incompetent. Toffe's the only monster who has any semblance of intelligence for the most part.
Buff Frog best Frog Dad.
Which is more important: Star taking the warnings that she has to control herself seriously, or her questioning the lies she's been fed all her life?
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."I might be more interested in the first one.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. We got to explore the the penal school she was threatened with in the first episode. I can't shake the feeling that Star's been setup to be the rebel by people with guilty consciences. Her parents?
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."Personally I'd find the first one more interesting, mainly because I find personal character growth more interesting than social commentary (and also because the latter is much more likely to cause fandom drama).
Reaction Image RepositoryHonestly I don't see why it's an either or. A character is allowed to go through different character arcs.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.I find it very likely that both ideas will be addressed. They wouldn't introduce the moral ambiguity and not do anything with it.
Or maybe both at the same time, causing horrible despair event horizons to ensue.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating. This is still Disney, man.
This isn't the edgy Cartoon Network.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Gravity Falls disagrees.
Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.Honestly, I think that they'll deal with it at some point, but given how silly the show typically is I can't image that they'll treat it entirely seriously either.
Reaction Image RepositoryIt'll probably be stuffed between filler episodes about burritos vs tacos or something.
Is this show still a thing or has it been canned?
Your momma's so dumb she thinks oral sex means talking dirty. It's still a thing. Next season is this Spring.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I can never tell. They never tell you anything, y'know?
Your momma's so dumb she thinks oral sex means talking dirty.Actually, in this particular case I'm pretty sure they confirmed that season 2 was in production before season 1 had even finished airing.
Reaction Image RepositorySeason 2 was actually announced all the way back after the preview episode.
Never be normal.Disney is getting better at vetting shows before first airing and so slightly more predictable at supporting winning tickets.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."Okay, I just caught up. I'm Cail, if we haven't met.
So, I'm having a lot of trouble sympathizing with Star. From her first appearance, she's been shown to be mindlessly destructive (There was an entire flaming city behind her!) The majority of the problems she solves are her fault in the first place. She never suffers any major consequences or even drives away any of her in-universe fanbase.
I sensed some moral ambiguity from the absolute beginning. And as of Mewnipendence Day, my sympathy has shifted entirely to the monsters, to the point where I'm not even rooting for Star anymore. She seems like a Designated Hero to me.
Also, Toffee's extreme sleaziness makes him so unsettling to me that I literally cover him with my hand whenever he comes onscreen. Intended Audience Reaction, perhaps.

To be fair, Star is still clearly learning. Plus, some of the problems aren't her's (hell, a couple of them were Marco's).

95% dead weight.
