"Detecting trace amounts of mental activity. Possibly a dead weasel or a cartoon viewer"Now that would've been a fun episode.
Reaction Image RepositoryDafuq is that and why did Toffee break it?
"We be we baby!"Oh that book looks fun!
Sounds like some sort of peace treaty written up between the Monsters and Mewmans. They'd probably been at war and the Accord was some sort of ceasefire. Since Toffee seems like he was probably their leader or champion, his defeat at the hands of Queen Moon would have demoralized the Monsters and made them amenable to surrendering for terms.
Ah, so it is revenge he may be after.
"We be we baby!"That maybe so.
HiHoo shit, this is gonna be fun.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Oh...I get the pun, is good.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.For the longest time now, I've been ducking this show, due to me dismissing it as yet another nonsense show that couldn't compare to the shows that I remember from my youth. But, after watching one episode, then a few more, this series has begun pique my interests and i have to post how i feel about certain things:
1. I really felt sorry for Ludo during his first few Season 2 episodes. He lost everything and was basically struggling just to find something to eat. I hate to see people so desperate for just food and drink, and for them to be forced to deal with it because no one is willing to show them even a minor act of kindness. It's depressing, no matter how valid one tries to make their reasons against it sound.
2. Now that Star has admitted to having feelings for Marco, what should fans expect to come of this?
For one thing; there's the whole JLT issue to deal with. I'd like to believe that they'll just squash that problem very quickly and have JLT vote to be platonic with Marco, realizing that his feelings for Star are just too important to him. But my gut keeps telling me that that's not going to be how it goes down, and i believe it. Somehow, i don't think that that scenario is going to fly.
Also, is this revelation likely to put Marco and Tom at each other's throats again? I can't help but feel that it will
And as a side note; when was it first hinted at that Star liked Marco? And what qualities should we assume drew her to him?
Star had the realization during Tom's Debut episode...
With the Blood, the Moon, and the Ball...
It's why the moon turns red when Marco gets worried about Star in the mid-season 2 finale.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Another big hint: That True Engine from the slumber party kept saying that someone lied when the question of crushes came up, with Star unknowingly at the time being the liar. The engine only found out the truth right before being crushed inside a garbage truck after hearing Star call out to Marco.
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HOTTING HELPY!!I think the Blood Moon bond is a separate thing. As for when Star started to realize her feelings, I'd say Bon Bon.
An earlier hint at Star having feelings would probably be the secret diary chapter in My New Wand. And yes, the sleepover.

Here's an AU I quickly came up with recently
It's one I sort of came up with based on one of the alternate timelines shown in "Mathmagic.", the one where Star wears warrior armour and wields a mace. My idea was that in this AU, it's males who inherit the Mewni throne instead of females, and thus Star is instead raised as a royal warrior, and she'd have a little brother raised to be king. Star's personality would be basically the same, but with a bit more emphasis on her love of battle. I was thinking that Moon and River would basically be the same characters as in canon, only the wand(or maybe it would be a staff?) and spellbook were passed down from River's family
No need to even go that far, just make it so that the Johansens were the ruling family and the Butterfly family married into royalty. And instead of a magic wand, it's a magic weapon that forms itself into whatever type of weapon the inheritor prefers. Heck, Solaria would fit right into this AU, no changes needed.

This is really random, but; you ever make up your own lyrics to songs after watching a show? Because after "Starcrushed" I keep making up lyrics for "Jessie's Girl:"
Marco is a friend, yeah/ I know he's been a good friend of mine/ But lately something's changed that ain't hard to define/ Marco's got himself a girl, and now I want to make him mine.

Here's a fanfic I wrote
I was thinking about episode themes again, and had the thought that Trickstar shares a theme with Face the Music: people not wanting the truth, just a good show.
Why not put a ring on it...of the green variety?
And I just worth out-of-context pagetopper number 99845712.
