nice first episode, the action was good and it's quite lighthearted and fun, which is fine by me. of course there was Fanservice and I'll admit I enjoyed it.

Pasting what I said in the summer thread:

Basically what I expected, but a bit better. I think I could really like the show more if Momo's boob window wasn't so weird or at least if they got rid of the shiny blushing boobs. I get its the point, but you can keep the fanservice and not be obnoxiously distracting.

That being said I did enjoy it.

I liked it but I'm not sure why (it's not the fanservice). Not set on followng it yet, though

I'm pretty indifferent towards fan service, but that doesn't mean I don't think they overdid it with Momo's boobs.

And you know they are going to be drawing attention to them at every opportunity.

I like this show. It's lighthearted fun and straightforward, what more could I want?

Ah yes, I got cravings for peaches.

Kinda this. Sure, it's a fanservice show, but it's surprisingly... I dunno, innocent I guess. As opposed to skeevy like most fanservice vehicles, of course. Anyway, it's simple fun that's convinced me to watch at least a few more episodes.

Eh, it's not like I really cared that much. I keep giving it a look for a bit.

Too many people act as if fanservice killed their parents.

And yeah there's nothing sleazy about this show.

It can't kill parents, but it can overshadow all aspects of a show.

I like it as well, but I acknowledge that it's more than possible to lay it on way too thick and drown out everything else.

Look at History's Strongest Discple Kenichi for instance. The manga has been way too Fanservice crazy as of late.

The weird thing is that it would be straight generic shounen without the fanservice. It's like they they gave her that costume and throw in a fanservice bit everyone once in a while so you remember Momo is female.

Not entirely. There's some definite elements of cute girls being cute to it

Well, it's cute and light-hearted. And I like fantasy stuff. The magical girl aspect doesn't fit very well into this, or at least the way it's done.

I can usually ignore fanservice if I don't like it, and I don't think it tends to ruin stuff. This is one place where it hurts, the way it's done. It seems like it tries to be cute and innocent, but the boobservice makes that completely moot. And there's still censoring and Magic Skirts, which just makes it feel like some half-arsed attempt at fanservice. Doesn't go that far, but gives it far more attention than that. It somehow manages to feel tackier than Senran Kagura, though less tacky than Maken-ki! or Strike Witches. Either cut it out or do it properly. Well, admittedly, they did cut it out, but that's not what I mean.

However it may be, I might follow it if I'm bored, or later episodes catch my interest better than this.

This show continues to be a mix of fun, cutesy adventure and really blatant fanservice. I liked the fusion this episode though, and it is pretty entertaining for some reason. I wish they would either tone down the fanservice and just go all out.

It amuses me that they basically took a generic shounen show and stuck breasts on everyone. Momo basically has Luffy's personality even.

Fun fact: Both 'oni' and 'hime' van be read as 'ki'

So, I do like Kiki. She got less Les Yay with Momo than I was expecting, but that'll probably change by the end

Think of a large and round fruit and you probably have at least one of their names. Peaches, Apples, Melons. Well, that's what I remember.

At that point it wasn't about the dango, it was about winning.

Well, sometimes winning isn't worth it.

Second episode definitely better than the first. I like Onihime and the Oni general she kept picking on was fun as well with a cool power (I do like Illusionists).

Was I the only one who thought fat Momo was cuter than regular Momo.

Those girls have more manly spirits than you. For shame!
