The caption that was added is out of the blue in the context of the trope. So yeah, use the thread caption proposal.

Just a very fuzzy image. At first I thought maybe showing the opera would be good, but then I realized showing the people dressed up to watch it is actually much more fitting to the trope (which explicitly states what they're watching is incidental), so I'd be fine with a quality upgrade.
