There will be a XSEED event this week (most likely on Wednesday) where they will have exclusive announcements.

... Wow RIP Yaoi has really taken over... Check, Please!!
It really better not sell, especially after them shelving Senran. IF they unshelve it it would be fine but not until then.

Also, Hakufu for sake of completion.
Do the DLC characters have their own themes? Also, unlike Ayane, the Ikki Tousen girls can be fully stripped.
EV body pillow will be Kat&Hig and Renka

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!I finally stopped playing my other games and got back to playing Senran Kagura 2 and I just finished the second chapter. It's been pretty fun so far.
I do lots of stuff. The real question is am I any good at that stuff.Uppers sounds like another beat-em-up, so I'm on board with it for now. The girls-as-cheerleaders things sounds interesting as well, though turning Thanks for the Mammary and Marshmallow Hell into actual game mechanics seems strange. Guess I'll wait and see what Takaki is planning with it.
Shinovi Versus coming to PC on 2016
*swoon*
Well, this is good news. At least it's an alternative to getting a Vita, a memory card, and the game, in my case.
So I bought a Vita. It cost so much that I decided to wait before getting Shinovi Versus. The only games I have on it now are Dragon's Crown and PSASBR, the former being essentially free thanks to in-store credit and the latter being literally free because my brothers who don't own a Vita had no use for the free Vita code that came with the PS 3 version of the game.
I saw Amazon still has the limited edition version of Versus in stock at around $40. I was wondering if the feelies were worth it, since I think that's all it adds (and a music CD, which I'd probably really like). It's also $40 digitally on the PS Store, but I kind of want the physical edition since I think it saves on memory (only have a 4G card right now).
I can probably get Bon Appetit right now since it's only $15, but I'm not particularly good at rhythm games, so I was wondering how fun it was.
So, I finally played Deep Crimson's Special Missions. They're fun as hell, specially the ones where you have to beat all the enemies without being hit and the boss rush ones.
Dai is a freaking beast, I beat all the bosses without transforming. Just making a good use of her stance. She's the best
Reminder that Nitroplus Blasterz is coming in two weeks.
You know, it's sort of odd that even thought Homura was advertised rather early on and such, and there are pre-order stuff with her, there is pretty much nothing on her in-game. Not even a screenshot.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru! What are the odds of the west getting her and Heart as well? I don't remember XSEED ever adresssing the issue
Hard to say. Arcana Heart games have been released overseas so the problem of no licence isn't the problem. The latest game were published by Aksys for NA and NISA for Europe.

Where we finally have the confirmation that the Versus series follows a totally different plot to that in the numbered titles.
As a longtime sufferer of depression, entertainment and joy while alone is something very hard for me to come across. Someone pointed me to this series of games as his idea of a mindless game very appealing on a... base level.
Tempted by the prospect of something that tapped into something very... primal, I acquired a PSTV for the express purpose of playing the soon-to-be two Senran Kagura games (and Hyperdimension Neptunia U, but that's another game for another thread) in the platform.
Alas, the game would turn out not to be the sea of flowers I was hoping it to be.
Battling named characters can turn into a harrowing ordeal as the mission difficlty grows and their combos grow increasingly larger whenever you let your guard down for a moment. The game is growing increasingly demanding (as if getting anything more than a D wasn't effort enough) and I'm finding myself worried that I might no longer be able to outstrip the game's demands. Even when you have the initiative you can be stopped cold at nearly any moment (sometimes Aerial Raves knock your target far enough away that she may have enough time to pull out an air strong that's difficult to react to and dash away from, to say nothing of Limit Breaks that too cannot be read). It doesn't even take a late game boss to cause me no end of trouble. Ryona vs. Miyabi at the end of chapter 1 almost ran through all 2 of my life bars...
Sorry, but this is not a mindless power-fantasy game at all.
If this wasn't clear, I bought into Senran Kagura for the power-fantasy angle of beating hordes of mooks senseless and because of the mountains of fanservice.
That is odd, the Versus games are signficatively easier and pretty mindless in their gameplay.
Speaking of, XSEED and Marvelous EU have confirmed the Ikkitousen DLC in EV won't be available for the west.
Is there anyway you can help in making them easier?
Eh, I guess it would work.
