The suggestion doesn't really illustrate the concept. The one that is there kinda works, but could be improved. Looks like he is radiating something rather than perceiving something.
Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyAgreed all around.
I don't have capture equipment for my PS 3, but would a normal vision/eagle vision comparison from the Assassin's Creed series work?
Did a quick search, and in this review there's a good pic◊ towards the end.

Check out my fanfiction!Maybe, but I'd have to see it to judge.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanGood find.
That's a definite improvement.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!5 is good.
5.2 works well in my opinion.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOkay, that's great. Also, it proves that benches, unlike peasants, have souls.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."Add?
Check out my fanfiction! Can we maybe brighten up the bottom screen a tad so there's more detail? It just looks like colored blobs right now.
Since it's so dark, and there's that vertical bleeding and bloom you sometimes get from screenshots, it's a bit tricky. Made a variants, but I'm not sure which is best. This is the brightest one, and I didn't think it looked any good brighter than that. Still, you can see the window, the barrel, and the stripes on the wall to identify it as the same location.
Yeah, that's the problem.

Check out my fanfiction!Low color depth, couldn't "push" it very far:
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.
Bumping. I think that last version looks fine.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."Last one looks good.
Hearing nothing for a caption, let's lock up.
The current is not bad (well, it would look like Power Glows if it weren't for the text box on the corner I guess), but I'd like to suggest this picture from Super Smash Bros. Brawl because it shows a comparison with "normal vision" and illustrates the Color-Coded for Your Convenience aspect so commonly used.
