I'm having the same issue. I really hope this is fixed soon. >_<
The OTT button still displays when I load a page, but the subpage list is missing.

I can only see the buttons to go to each page individually, do we know if this is a bug?
According to this, it's intentional.
Recently the OTT icon and all the subpages disappeared from the side of the pages I was on.
