Contact Me!Someone called?
Kyogre's Heavy Rain ability has Kyogre call out for Jason everytime you press the X button.
I'm surprised someone hadn't made that joker sooner.
A Crossover Fic. Joker that has a son named Jason who goes mad after he dies?
Can we talk about something a little more serious?
My biggest wish for ORAS at the moment is for the Battle Frontier to return. It made it's debute in Emerald, so it makes sense to include it, imo. However, nothing has been announced and the release date is getting closer. So either the Battle Frontier doesn't return, they surprise us in the last batches of news or they do not reveal anything but it's still in the game, as a surprise for the players to find.
That first option would suck. The second option is geting less likely every day, but I hope this is the one they're going for. The third option would work better with X/Y's world wide release, because there's less chances of spoilers happening. Because ORAS isn't released world wide on tje same day, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to leave something so big as a surprise in the games (because it'll be all over the internet before the games are released everywhere). That, and the Battle Frontier returning would be a pretty big selling point, because the Emerald Battle Frontier is a fan favorite.
What do you guys think?
They tend not to talk about post game only content unless it's pretty much the only thing interesting about the game (as is the case in every updated rerelease just about), so we probably won't hear anything about it.
Also, the Megas and new character artwork generate hype for everyone, not just fans interested in the Battle Frontier and the like, so it makes sense that they'd focus on general features that even casual fans can be excited for.
But they haven't shown anything so far. It doesn't have to be spectacular; a short glimpse of a Battle Facility in one of the trailers, a mention of Scott (who was part of the main story in Emerald, although his role was to set up the post-game), showing the Battle Frontier on the map. Just enough for fans to know the Battle Frontier is back.
This way it feels like they're setting us up for disappointment. Not surprising considering Gen VI has been the generation of disappointment so far, with ORAS even disappointing before it's release (with it reverting to the old non-world wide release, after pretty much everyone agreed the world wide release of X and Y was awesome). But I guess showing new mega evolutions does generate more hype, even though most of them have been (you've guessed it) disappointing so far.
Them not showing the Battle Frontier doesn't make me go 'huh, I guess they're going to let me find out about that on my own', it makes me less excited for these games every time they reveal something different. But that might just be me. (I know I'll buy these games even if they don't include the Battle Frontier, but honestly the Battle Frontier is 80% of why I'm looking forward to these games, which might explain why I'm so whiny right now.)
They've shown what looks like a long boardwalk leading up to a dojo that looks very similar to the Battle Arena in one of their videos, at least. I think a few other eagle eyed people noticed a few more things, too.

We've seen it in one of the videos/screenshots. Don't remember where, but it's been spotted. And this stuff always makes it in after the initial games.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. That's actually the bridge to the building of Sidney.

I hope you can catch Corsola in Pacifidlog Town now. Because that really annoyed me in the old games.
Heart of Stoneyou mean you couldn't before? I thought you could.
Got a degree in Emotional trauma via fictional characters aka creative writing. hosting S'mores party in Hell for fellow (evil) writersI don't know if they elaborated on this before, but according to Bulbapedia's info on the South Korean demo release, any pokemon caught in the demo can be transferred over to the real game. I thought it was just items and the specific mega. If the selection in the demo is gracious, we can get a jumpstart on a few team members that might show up a little later in the game. I'm not expecting Bagons or anything like that, but there were screenshots of Slakoth and Loudred in their 20's in the demo, so some solid pokemon look like they'll be made available.
If there's a small diving or fishing section in one of the demo scenarios, you might be able to get an early Corsola. :)
"There is no story. It's all drugs."Wait a second.
Riding an actual Wailmer?
Did they add a unique sprite for all the PokΓ©mon you can surf with in X and Y and I never got for enough to see it?
If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television.Nah. Wailmer seemed as if it was the surfing Pokemon it was based off of.
...I would still totally love to see a Diving-Swampert.
Persona 3 Portable Liveblog@ I teruri: thats what people said a lot about previous gens ( ie, the disappointing part).
I disagree, though I still think the international release date is there.
I haven't seen anything about it otherwise.
Watch SymphogearAll that dive gif is telling me is that we'll only be able to dive on that one Wailmer and we'll have no control over it; like the Gogoat rides in Lumiose.
Don't X & Y use a different Surf sprite if you're riding on a Lapras?
Heart of StoneGSC did too. Made it bue if you were playing as a guy.
X/Y did a lil shout out to that.
youtube.com/Fire Trainer 92You mean just Crystal, and I swore it was blue as a girl like everything else.
