Never actually disappears for me, but if I'm on the "add post" page with my phone in portrait orientation, the "send" button is in the middle of the text box instead of beneath it. Still functions normally, but it looks silly.
(I should note, I use a Droid Razr M with Chrome on it.)

I have an iPhone, and the "send" button is in the same place as it is on my laptop browser.

Never mind, I found that if I just rotate the phone 90 degrees, the button returns. Problem solved.

I have noticed that when I view this site on a mobile device, the "Send" button appears in the text field, instead of below it. If I enter too much text, sometimes it disappears entirely.
