As to the replacement, Hangaroo seems more appropriate than "No turtles were harmed..." as it's just text. That said, does this page really need an image?

No page needs an image.

Each image can enrich or degrade a page. It's not really a matter of "need" or "don't need".

Hmmm..... Damn. Doesn't look at good as I had hoped. The white text is kinda drowned out by the background.

The Hangaroo one is best of all suggestions because it both has the disclaimer and shows the animal in a dangerous situation.
