So, we're assuming our characters have already met and been introduced to one another, yes? Skipping the "Hey, my name is ____" section and just jumping straight to adventure? In that case, what have we got for character relationships and friendships and the like?

It just feels bad to have everyone know eachother. I didn't, couldn't, and won't plan for any of the other characters to be part of Yuri's background. I mean if anyone else wants to do it fine, that's your thing but let Yuri be new to all this. Most of the fun of R Ping is having your character build relationships.

The introductions let everyone get to know each other. It can be a bit difficult ironing out the personalities and relationships just from the signups. However, I think with so many characters, any introductions at all will take a good amount of time. Unless the GM (Ragna plz) herds us all into the boat before we have to introduce ourselves to every other character, it might be really sluggish. I think starting the journey out with everyone on the boat could work too.

Well, there's the handshake problem. If you have x amount of characters, how many handshakes do you need before everyone knows each other? Just... something to consider.

Again, can be averted by just pushing the plot forward and telling everyone to get the heck on the bus (or in this case, ship) but still something to think about.
