Agreeing to the pull...not sure about the suggestions. Has anyone looked at the webcomic examples? I'm not where I can access them right now.
I think I prefer current. Yes, it's obviously an edit but the edit makes it an example. Plus I find the guy's facepaint or whatever far more distracting a change than Light's (extremely subtle) shift in shirt.

It only has two examples: one links to this◊ and the other one is this◊. Not sure if the first one is actually linked correctly, though - that page illustrates nothing but a couple of ramblings.
Well, if the facepaint is so distracting, maybe a different scene◊ from the montage?

Drowtales changes their page indexing while updating some stuff, so a lot of links point to the wrong page.
I'm not really fond of any suggestion, nor the current.
Check out my fanfiction! How about the final panel here
Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellI have a lot of problems with that site's scans not loading. Here's a different link to what I think is the page you're referring to...the scan is nasty but either the middle section or the last panel work well enough for me.
It was that page but of a better quality how about this link◊

Knowledge is Power, Guard it WellThe scan in 8 is much better. I like either the central panel strip or the right 2/3rds of the lowest panel. I think I like the lowest panel a bit better; I also think it will read better at wiki size...

those are both hilarious and on point. Though, I think 10.2 is better

I prefer 10.1
I like 10.2 more - it's easier to tell it's a sequence.

On second thoughts, 10.2 does look better, especially with the surprised expression of the character when this trope comes into play.
Not sure if putting it in vertical arrangement gives much improvement, though.

I'm good with either version of 10.2 if that's what the consensus goes for, I just thought the 2x2 might be easier for some people to read.
14.3 has my vote.
... either of those examples are hilarious, though. I need to rewatch Busou Renkin.

Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!I prefer 10.1 as well as it is the image I always think of when the trope comes up (which is why I suggested it). The panels work just as well though (I prefer the 2x2 one)
Knowledge is Power, Guard it Well@16: In that case, wouldn't it be better to just remove two panels? Because the vertical arrangement breaks the sequence's flow, and it looks kinda awkward to me.
Crowner?
I agree, just the first two panels of 14.3 would be best. The characters "playing backwards leap frog" is funny but confusing. 14.1 looks like it might be seven people, not two people repeated three and a half times.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think the four panel version is better because it's still quite clear, and it ups the hilarity level significantly.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.To the second point - it should be fairly obvious from the characters' clothes and the dialogue repeating over and over that it's the same two people over and over.
"Might be". It could easily be read that way, and the clothes don't indicate much, uniforms exist.
What should be obvious often isn't.

Crown Description:
No I Am Behind You
OK, this is a ridiculous image and is a blatant shoehorning. First of all, the image in question isn't an example at all, since the Death Note universe does not employ Flash Steps. The two images is also obviously taken from two separate scenes (Light is wearing different clothes), and the dialogues is obviously edited to force this trope in.
The Bleach entry had kindly provided a montage, so I just took two images that reflects this trope.
