Huh, thought it was a rose given the pun-linking in the caption.
A rose, according to the example write-up. And I couldn't figure it out either until I read said write-up. Does Street Fighter III have any arenas with less cluttered backgrounds?
Maybe it could be recreated in Street Fighter IV, on its rather spartan training stage?

Barring that, I'm good with the current.
A quick GIS does show decent pics of Dudley throwing a rose backhanded (on even in the blank battleground) but none KOing someone that I could find. It may be able to transplant the characters in the current via Photoshop onto a blank battleground... Or maybe we can just highlight the Rose's arc with a colored curve?
