We all have our tastes.
But anyway, if anyone really wants a colour image of someone using boxing techniques against an oriental martial artist, I'm sure that there must be suitable clips from comics with Daredevil or Wildcat around. Though I'd say that a boxer taking down someone in power armour is proving the point just as well.
= Spindriver =I would too, just like a lot of options.
It says that "However, once in a while writers remember that boxing is considered a martial art and it is used as a fighter's style of choice outside the ring. In these cases, boxing techniques and skills will be presented as as valid as any other martial art, Red Boxing Gloves optional, depending on the seriousness of the work."
Depending on how you interpret that paragraph, it's either the boxer to face an actual martial artist or something, or is facing a being who uses a different fighting style altogether.
Tropes Are Flexible, after all.
Therefore, I'm with the "Little Mac punching Samus" pic (as her character design heavily implies she fights a lot differently than Little Mac).
The boxer doesn't have to be fighting a martial artist, he could just, you know, be a martial artist. No one bats an eye at a kung fu guy fighting a guy in Powered Armor, after all.

It's about establishing that boxing can make someone a badass fighter, and not just in the boxing ring. That puts it on a par with other martial arts, but not always in opposition to other martial arts. Anything — well, almost anything — any other fighter can do, a Boxing Battler can do — and that may include punching out opponents in power armour.
= Spindriver =Oh, if either or Samus taking a punch to the kidneys come out on top for the upcoming crowner I'll be happy.

I don't care for it... for one, it's again in the ring which is more against the spirit of the trope, and secondly, the "versus martial arts" bit comes solely from dialogue since Judomaster's stance is more of a boxing stance anyway.

Oh that's what it is! I was wondering why his underwear seemed to even have a flap in the front.
No joke, I thought he was literally wearing underwear on the outside.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Agreed. A scene set in a ring doesn't illustrate a trope about boxing being useful outside the ring at all well.
A Google image search on "Wildcat DC" actually brings up quite a heap of plausible candidates, as Wildcat is the classic pro boxer turned superhero:

= Spindriver =See, while I know Wildcat is a boxer, none of the pictures say that he's using boxing moves any more than Good Ol Fisticuffs. Hence why I like the idea of going extreme and having an incredibly-boxer-y looking character.

Plus, he's actually in a ring in one of them, and still no martial artists...

I think you're way too hung up on the "martial arts" thing... there's a martial artist because the point is that boxing is use as a legitimate fighting style as any other martial artist. Thus putting an obvious boxer in a situation you'd normally ascribe to any other type of fighter is a more than clear enough illustration.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I think the description doesn't so much mean "Boxing is a way to fight martial artists" as it means "Boxing is a martial art too and can be used to fight in the real world like anything else". Mac punching Samus or Fox should work just fine.

For Those who Seek the Thrill of Death: A Dramatic SMT3 Hard PlaythroughFine, if there's a consensus to that, I'll go with it.
Fox or Sam is good.
So... crowner with everything in 13 (with the image from 17 replacing the awful one in 13), and maaaaaaaaaaaybe the first Judomaster image?
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Fine by me. You can include the Judomaster image if you like, but I think that the boxing ring invalidates it. Sorry one of the Wildcat images I found had the same problem; I looked straight through that. I do think that Wildcat throwing a straight right, with hands bandaged in what I think is very much boxer style, as at least arguable:
But I won't take it personally if that's excluded from the vote.
= Spindriver =Note: I only put in one Little Mac vs. Samus since it made more sense to have the cleaner one (IE no KO on the screen), and it being not as tall is a boon since the description is fairly short, too. If someone thinks we should include the taller one, feel free to.

Added the KO one.
Without the KO it's a image of Mac getting in a kidney blow on Samus, with the KO it's a image of Mac winning the fight by a Knockout.

I do but my distaste for that comic grows each time I see it.
