Needs Help: Wallbonking

The current image isn't 'bad' so much as it is hampered by the art style of its source material, a Sprite Comic. Shows Mega Man walking against a wall, but it's a still image and there's no visible 'bonk' against it.

Any ideas for something that's a better depiction?

1. It's not a sprite comic, or any comic at all, for one thing. Get your facts straight. That doesn't change your point at all of course, but get your facts straight. just bugs me

2. I do agree that it's not the clearest it could be. I had an image from Assassin's Creed in the original YKTTW, but others agreed that this one was clearer than that one (which just showed everyone smacked against a wall, which could be mistaken for some kind of lineup). I'm open to better suggestions if there are any.

Looking at the examples, panel 8 of this Brawl in the Family strip would be a good contender, but I dunno that it's worth making the swap for.

I wouldn't oppose a switch, but it's lateral.

That would be a good page image, except... you know, Brawl in the Family already provides half the page images on the wiki...

[up]I don't see how that's a con. The image is good, and it's not like we're talking about a work with a massive Hate Dumb.

[up]Yeah, but for variety's sake, you know? BitF has 17 pages that it's the image source for under its trivia page, and I'm pretty sure it's more than that.

I'm of the mindset that we shouldn't give ourselves a headache over stuff like that; though more power to you if you do find a good picture on another work.

xkcd has a little less than 100 images, OotS has about half or a little less than half of that, and BitF has less than 20, according to ImageSource.Web Comics. There are several other webcomics with more images than BitF as well, so even if a work being overexposed were a problem it still wouldn't be the case here.

On the other hand, I still prefer variety, and there's no compelling reason to change the image.

I dunno, I like the one in 10 if only because it's cute

I like 10 more than the current because the current doesn't show the "extended period of time. " aspect, plus it's cuter than the current.

Another vote for 10. Shows the "repeated" aspect a bit clearer.

10 is more focused on what is happening, at the very least.

Another vote or two for 10 and we can run it as far as the right side border.

I also like 10. It seems to be a bit sillier than the current, and also a bit more concise. This trope is really the only thing going on.

I think the brawl in the family image looks badly drawn and we could probably find a better one. Seems I'm in a minority on that opinion though.

Yeah, I think we've got enough consensus to run with it. The pic is swapped in and the page is tagged; caption or no?
