The code was created for a forum-wide April Fool's prank (or was it Halloween?) and it was decided to apply it to that one article in order to make it self-demonstrating. There is database stuff required to make it work, and so it's not simple to apply to just any page.

The image on Main.Creepy Changing Painting changes when you go to the bottom of the screen and scroll back up. Is it possible to do this for other images? (Specifically NightmareFuel.Doctor Who, since the stinger would work better if it was a single changing image rather than two images, and the image caption already refers to the code despite the code not being in effect on the page.)
