That's not counting the normal midseason break, right?
You get one 2 week break. Use it wisely.
"War without fire is like sausages without mustard." - Jean Juvénal des UrsinsI hate mid-season breaks in general, especially when they are longer than the break between the actual seasons. Either show it in one go (though I don't mind short interruptions for holidays and the like) or make it two seasons instead of one.
But there are even worse things, and most of them happened with Grimm. A network shouldn't:
1. Do an overly long promo for the pilot which spoils the plot for the whole season
2. Do promos for an episode which show scenes from the episodes after it
3. Do promos which spoil the twist ending of the episode (or show the cliffhanger)
4. Change the airdate so often and make so many breaks that the audience doesn't get more than three episodes in a row
5. Allow the executives to meddle with the writing.
TV networks shouldn't put the show in hiatus 10 hours before a new episode is supposed to air.
They also should be ending a season with a cliffhanger without confirming that there will be another one (or even worse, ending the show with one).
Ads taking up half the screen during a show are not okay.
You know what, even if they aren't that big, they are not okay.
Come to think of it, having anything besides a small, non-intrusive* station logo, tucked into one corner of the image, is not okay.

A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineReruns should be aired in the original order.
"what the complete, unabridged, 4k ultra HD fuck with bonus features" - Mark Von LewisThe end credits of movies shouldn't be cut off. Especially not if there is one last scene at the very end of them.
Post things that should be TV Network law!
For example a show should only be allowed to take one 2 week hiatus a season.
