I assume that Barry is exactly in the place he was pulled from by Shayera & the JL after defeating Brainiac!Luthor in JLA.

So, the Speed Force. Speed Force is always the answer anyway.

In any event, I like how Barry needs to have 10 more deaths on his conscience before reaching the inevitable conclusion and trying to fix the mess he created in the first place when he reopened the portals to Earth-2.

Still, I wonder if we will see Zoom gloating like an idiot...only to be put down for good by Flash-2 & Jesse Quick who rapidly mastered their powers since they either were a real genius or a dude obsessed with speed.

So I know I ask this every week now, but just how long does Joe plan to keep Wally Locked Out of the Loop? Sure, lock him in a bunker, but how is Iris in any less danger?

Wally has to have gotten his speed by now, so that's not an option anymore.

Holy shit this episode was great. Best of the season.

I spent the entire episode being alternatively annoyed and impressed. "Yeah yeah, this is a good episode, but it's all filler. We know he's getting his speed back, just do it!" And then... that happened.

Wally and Jesse might be out for the rest of the season, since Barry was in a coma for nine months when he first got his speed. On the other hand, they seemed to have gotten hit by Speed Force!Barry rather than the whole lightning and chemicals thing, so maybe they'll recover faster.

So is it Henry's turn to punch Harry or is it going to be a group thing?

I think at this point, everyone will be punching him. It's gonna be a round robin thing where each person takes a turn for a few minutes.

Hell, at this point, I'm sure Harry is gonna be punching himself, especially when he finds out what he did to his own daughter.

Judging by the episode previews, it seems that Jesse and Wally do indeed recover faster, as Wally's gonna be taking to the streets before the finale.

maybe. Also, Wells you idiot. 1) barry was drenched in the chemicals, not injected with them, and 2) he got drenched with them after he was hit by lighting.

Guess Eobard left that out or "conveniently" kept it vague.

Still.For all the emphasis he put getting recreating the scene exactly right, you'ed think he actually asked Barry to conform details.

Depends on if Barry even knows the exact details of what happened. I would imagine he was probably not conscious after the lightning strike.

Though I get the feeling reverse flash was not exactly concerned with having every detail in regards to how how rival got his speed. He only wrote down the general idea of events is my guess or his information is based on his flash who became flash later in life if memory is accurate.

Nah, Harry would never bother confirming because he's always right and his plan is always right...in his own self-important mind. I'm really getting sick of him. it was fun for a few episodes but now I just want to punch him continously every time he so much as opens his mouth.

I predict next season, we'll have an episode dedicated to the family of one of the SWAT officers Zoom killed, who suddenly gets powers/equipment and decides to go after The Flash for revenge.

Because holy crap, was it Red Shirt Day on The Flash.

There's a darkly humorous logic to that statement.

While the plan was not a great one no one seemed to have better ideas for stopping zoom. They also did not have anymore time to think to long since the previous bad ideas led to zoom being in an unprotected city to bring to its knees.

Earth 2 Wells already knew what was going to happen so he really have a point about getting Barry's speed back even if he did probably not have enough information to do it correctly.

I think what you mean to say is THEY ARE ALL STUPID.

I mean, it's not fun if you try to be fair to them and use logic.

...You know, sometimes I wonder if I even like this show as much as I think I do.

The combination of night episode and tonight's Arrow made me start wondering what each person corporeal Patronus would be.

Definitely stupidity on their part especially since it is the very reason they are in the mess they are currently in. I am more meaning that Wells knew what was going to happen because he watched happen on his earth. He was the only person who seemed to have a potential solution.

Zoom literally has plenty of options since there is believed to be more meta humans on earth one thanks to the reverse flash. Those people that were hiding because of the flash know he is gone so they will be coming out of the woodwork soon.

Wells was basing how to do this on notes left by Evil Wells. As we know, Evil Wells was actually Eobard Thawne, who gave himself speed powers by replicating the process that empowered the original Flash. So I'd be inclined to trust his notes on how the process works.

That said, they did have other options besides trying to re-speed Barry. Wells had a big list of metahumans who, so far, have not embarked on a life of supervillainy. Couldn't they go to some of those metahumans and appeal to their better natures, convince them to put their powers together to fight Zoom?

I don't think they have the time for that, quite frankly.

At any rate, I'm less hard on Wells here since he's trying to clean up the mess everybody else made not leaving well enough alone. He wouldn't be pushed into such a desperate situation if not for their idiocy.
