The system revert tool shows the same image for 7th Feb 2012 as it has now.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI'm good with the current.
I think Lisa's drawing "The Day the Policeman Came to My Soccer Game", from the Simpsons episode See Homer Run, would be a good fit for the page image, personally.

I like the current. Definitely better than the Trope Namer, which is mostly dislogue, less visually interesting, and is already the quote anyway.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Yeah. Kat's face makes this for me.
I'm good with keeping the current.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. No, the one I suggested is perfect. Remember, Less Is More.
Well, lets' see it... If it is perfect, there will be immediate, strong support for changing it and it's all good. If there isn't strong support, then it isn't perfect even if you think so. And Less is not always More. I'm quite happy with the current one.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Also... you didn't... provide an image.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I have to assume that this is what he's referring to. I much prefer the current to this, in large part because the incident is actually referred to in it rather than relying on a caption or some other reference, and in small part because the first thing I thought was "stereotypical overzealous asshole parent at a kid's sporting event."
Same here.
Anyway, I think this was a mistake of mine. I do remember coming across this page before the current pic was uploaded and somehow misremembered the page quote from Calvin And Hobbes as a page image. I'm fine with closing this now unless someone has a better suggestion.
My apologies

That's just... not terribly good either way. I think we're good to lock this sumbitch up.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I'd almost want the Calvin and Hobbes strip that named the trope up there but that would just be a lateral move.
Oh really when? That's already on the newspaper comics subpage anyway.
The current is fine.
Reaction Image RepositoryOh, this is a subpaged trope...anyone for moving the current to the Webcomics subpage?
Could but we'll need to get a new one for the main page.
Not necessarily, I know Eddie prefers for subpaged tropes to have pics on the subpages.
Does that preclude having images on the main?
Medium agnostic images are still OK.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanHow do you get a medium agnostic image? Most any suggestions will be from a medium.

The image on Paranoia Fuel, which is a stock photo of some kind rather than being from a work, is considered nonspecific enough. I don't think a similar image for Noodle I Ncident would exist, though.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Yeah, guess it goes imageless then.
A bit late to this dance but, I vote current.
We've got enough of a consensus to keep the current; locking up.
Never noticed this until recently since I rarely visit this page, but I could've sworn that the page image used to be from Calvin And Hobbes, although the change must have taken place since quite a while ago since it's not listed in the history. Anyway, I couldn't find any IP threads that support this change, and the move seems lateral to me.
