In the backyard, buried deep underneath the tree There's a monster, takin' root in the property...Yes, I realized that people who stay up late on the threads have no where to post.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseDid somebody mention people awake at hilarious hours having nothing to do?
Oh really when?I thought this was about those things rolling in the desert...
I said they had nowhere to post.
At least not on the Yack Fest.
You know how in movies, they show something abandoned with a tumbleweed going across the screen?
That's what I named it after.

Oh really when?Well, don't you?
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseNot at this hour
Oh really when?Well, I don't do anything other than post at this hour either.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseBeing the sort of oddjob that goes to bed at 2 AM to wake up at 8 (usually), this is something I can get behind.
And right now is the perfect time to use this thread.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseYaaaaaaay, another of these threads...
Anyway, what is this "dead forum" or "dumb hours of night"?
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineSo is anyone here? Also, has anyone seen actual tumbleweed?
Only on TV.
Yes, I've seen tumbleweeds. Common in the American Southwest.
A brighter future for a darker age.I saw one, named it Bill.
Oh really when? These days when no one is posting for a while I do something else on the computer. Like get off the computer.
Expect autocorrect goof-ups and missing words. There's a roadside median about 12 miles from me that's full of em about 7 feet deep of nothing but tumbleweeds blown in with the wind.
They extremely common in much of Colorado. They also extremely flammable, they'll burn like gasoline when dry.
Fun fact: tumbleweeds are not actually native to North America.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else^ Some are. The kind most people associate with and most commonly seen in North America are not native. They're Russian. (Which explains greatly why they grow so well in the Great Plains region. The Great Plains is climate and vegetation wise analogous to much of Russia.)
Come and post here if you are still active in the ghost town hours.
