Hmm, I'm not big on 1.2 because of the blurriness of it but has the right theme, the image does need both team and cook but you don't get that from 1.1 as it is more waitress than cook and lacking the team element and 1.3 has the team aspect fine but not really getting cook.

1.3 have similar problems with 1.1, actually. We don't actually see the "chef" doing any cooking...
That is a weakness, but Po is still the best suggestion so far IMO. (Brightened and little wider crop: [1]

I don't think that's critical, but the caption could say something about his having prepared the food he is serving. One missing piece of information is often not a huge problem.

Even taking the space out of the URL, it's not loading for me.
I think the Po image is great. Since it looks like it's in a home with him serving while they wait expectantly and the tiger waits doubtfully I get the feeling like he did prepare the food.
There is a stray -%20 that needs to be taken out in that URL.

The clock is up. 5 has enough of a consensus to run with, and considering the horrible quality of the Veggie Tales pic anything would be an improvement, so it's up, potholed, and tagged. Add a caption if you want one; locking up.
Another of Tropes Of TV's images. I like the fact he's a vegetable, but... the quality's so bad I can't really see "chef." It looks like it's dressed as an elf holding... something.
