So something odd happened in the forums. In this post, someone's Bold Inflation managed to cause all the text from that point onward to be bolded. Is there a way to fix this?

Looking at the source, it seems that there is a superfluous <strong> tag right after the bolded "goddammit" that is bolding everything below.

IIRC if you try to mix and match bold and italic tags in strange ways it confuses the parser and the resulting HTML doesn't nest properly so you get weird things like bold remaining on all the time. Or something.

Well, the all bold thing is fixed now, although there's still a minor bug in the breaking post by Rob (the "edited" tag at the bottom is considered part of a pothole).

The unbroken line of Angrish was confusing the parser, as were the % signs embedded in it and at the end.
