I never cease to find it funny how Cartoon Network went over to IDW, instead of its own sibling company, DC Comics, to do their comics line.
DC used to publish CN comics, but now IDW has the license. I guess the higher-ups at CN were impressed with IDW's previous works.
More likely the result of regular infighting between the two.
It seems this thread has already been derailed, to get it back on track, here's what I want to know: do you want to see Nicktoons-based comic books? If so, which shows?
I would cross Ren and Stimpy and Rocko off the list. They already had their own comic books back in the 90s!

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."i'd read the heck out of a Hey Arnold! book. possibly one expanding the disappearance of his parents. an As Told by Ginger Slice of Life mini-series would be nice, too.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.I would love to see a comic book series on "The Angry Beavers!" I really enjoyed their small comic strips in Nickelodeon Magazine and I think they could do well with their own comic book series. I also would like to see a comic book series that combined all the 90s Nicktoons together and called it something like "Nicktoons Comics" and they would have stories where they either get into mayhem or just hang out with each other.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!I'd pay to have something like the old Cartoon Cartoons comic from DC. Rockos Modern Life, The Angry Beavers, Cat Dog, Ren And Stimpy, Hey Arnold and all the other Nicktoons in a monthly anthology series.
And while we're at it, a new CN anthology title wouldn't be so bad either. Flapjack could finally appear in comic form. (Cartoon Network Block Party ended before he could.)

"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."In all seriousness, Chalk Zone would make an excellent comic in the right hands. It could combine real-life problems like Rudy and Penny's School life, as well as action-adventure elements for their adventures in Chalk Zone with Snap. And it would be appropriate for people of all ages.
It's a shame I'm the only guy who treats the show with respect.
Now that IDW has been given the go to make Cartoon Network comics, would you like to see them or anyone else take on Nickelodeon's own slate of animated series? If so, who would you like to see?
I would like to see comics based off of;
