As Lethal as It Needs to Be has a better description, and Selectively Lethal Weapon sounds more like a weapon with a non-lethal setting from the name.

As Lethal as It Needs to Be and Selectively Lethal Weapon seem to be the same trope. They have 24 and 23 wicks respectively, so most likely the creator of the newer one didn't know the older one existed.
