Anyone A fan?

This franchise needs more love! Especially in the west.

Here is a list of Games that conform the Saga! LOL PUN!

• Makai Toshi SaGa — Released in the U.S. as The Final Fantasy Legend. Has a Wonder Swan Color remake.
• SaGa 2 — Released in the U.S. as Final Fantasy Legend II. Has a Nintendo DS remake, Goddess of Destiny.
• SaGa 3 — Released in the U.S. as Final Fantasy Legend III. Has a Nintendo DS remake, Shadow or Light.
• Romancing SaGa — Has a Playstation 2 remake, Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song.
• Romancing SaGa 2
• Romancing SaGa 3
• SaGa Frontier
• SaGa Frontier 2
• Unlimited Saga — The only game in the series without a capital G.

I love Romancing Saga and the first 2 Game Boy Games!

Im also playing the Wonderswan Color version of the First Game!

I've played the GB-version of the first game for the Ultimate RPG Challenge (see the link in my sig for details) and I greatly enjoyed it. Great setting and story, though the gameplay could get frustrating. Planning to play the others, and looking forward to it.

You should try the Wonderswan Color version!

I've seen a friend of mine play through 3. And I fell in love with this song.

The only Saga game I've played a decent amount of is the first one (Final Fantasy Legend). I haven't played in a long while, but I'm currently in the third world.

I also Romancing Saga (aka the PS 2 remake of Romancing Saga 1) on my backlog. And eventually I'll play Romancing Saga 3. The music in that game is godlike. I haven't played more than an hour or so of it, and I dont like listening to music in games before I hear it ingame, but even the regular battle theme is amazing.

So just got Romancing Saga 2 for switch, but kinda feeling weird about not being able to buy or play Romancing Saga 1. Dunno if that matters much though since I don't know if there is continuity in this series?

There are recurring references, but it's closer to Final Fantasy. No direct sequels.
