Exactly What It Says on the Tin
Feel free post your idea for game you wish someone would start or, if you're a GM type person, peruse this thread to see if there's anything that looks interesting that at least one other person has interest in too.
I find no fault in that description.
Flesh is a design flaw.I will be posting signup for my RP soon enough.
I kinda want to do a selector infected WIXOSS based rp, but
A) does anyone even watch that here, it seems pretty under the radar
B) I'd probably have to implement the actual card game to some extent
C) due to certain spoilers, there'd end up eventually being team posts between two players and I don't know how well that'd go over.
Strictly speaking, this is a misuse of this thread, but there are cool people here, so... screw the rules, I have a sign up.
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.(Thread Hop) Ever since I finished Dragon Age Inquisition I've been craving a Dragon Age RP.
Dammit, I was considering that before I made this freaking thing!
Jokes aside, I would run that, but I'm working on trying to get my own off the ground. I might join, though.
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.I'm interested in playing a Space Hulk-like RP, though without actually being Warhammer 40K - basically a game where a team of marines and scientists are sent into/find themselves aboard a spooky derelict ship that harbors some dangerous alien presence.
Or otherwise maybe just some generic superhero thing.
Flesh is a design flaw. Will someone, please, for the love of goodness, do an Avatar or a FMA RP?
God, we've been waiting for such a long time for something to work out...
Well last time I GM'd it was Fate-based tabletop were the focus was culture clash between bending nations and FMA alchemist city states - plus necromancy. Sadly, it died. Maybe it could come back, but I'm in no position time-wise to run a rp for at least a week.
Though I'm currently binge-catching-up on Korra so I'd be in the right mind set.

You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My TumblrI've got an idea! How about a late 1800's / early 1900's literary/theatre crossover? A League of Extraordinary Gentlemen/ Dracula sort of thing!

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.Anyone interested in a High Fantasy RP?
I kinda wanna see how people react to a D&D campaign/setting I've been cooking up for a little while now and figured this'd be a good place to start.
Might be interested
I've thought of something I'd really like to play in, not GM, so here goes:
An RP that plays like CSI, only with supernatural elements. Whether or not there's an active Masquerade I'd leave to the GM that takes it, but one thing I'd specifically like in the RP would be the GM not just telling us what the answers are; that we'd be left to gather evidence and witness statements on our own and come up with our own conclusion of what must've happened.
You are reading this.Another Avatar-based idea:
Basically, the story of the Fire Lord who discovered lightning-bending, and his/her clash with the Airbending Avatar of their time. It would involve the reason and inspiration for the deadly technique's creation, internal political crap, and (of course) a war with the Earth Kingdom. The Fire Lord inevitably becomes the central antagonist, but a sympathetic light ought to shine on their fall from grace. A Dying Curse on the Airbenders may get involved in the story's conclusion.
As with any of my RP ideas, if someone can take the burden of GM, I'll totally hop on to help build the story.

Allurand and surrounding world loading, 28%...I like that idea too. But are you thinking of standard high / low fantasy, or urban fantasy?

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.@Pyrite: Presumably urban fantasy, given that my idea was "CSI but with supernatural elements." While that can work with typical high/low fantasy settings, it seems to me that it would just work a lot easier with an urban fantasy setting.
That way we wouldn't have to improv fantasy versions of stuff like blood tests and fingerprinting when we could just use actual blood tests and fingerprinting.
You are reading this.An avatar rp would be cool. I think the last one died becuase the limited players restriction, it's always bound to happen people will simply quit a game due to life stuff. It's weird none has tried to make one despite the high demand.
I am guessing that the main reason I feel most avatar rps die is due to the fact that the GM has most of the load and there are no opposite player character teams with opposing goals. Sure it works for games like "a game of gods eclipse", but it isn't fitting for a game were the point is to explore a world, like in the show, rather than just doing "big missions". Just my two cents.

Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.The RPG's called Eclipse of the Gods.
True.But not very helpful.

Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.You know, a CSI style RP where players create investigators that deal with cases from across the multiverse sounds great.
Basically CSI: Crossover Unit.
Would anyone be interested in running a roleplay where the Player Characters try to take back a kingdom from crystalline emotion monsters? The crystal monsters are spawned by seven massive crystals, each with its own specific emotion. These crystals were also originally one white sphere that hung over the capital city, but for some unknown reason it shattered. Said sphere also managed emotions, so there was a rather rapid corruption for most of the kingdom's citizens.
"The Omniverse is the collection of all possibilities, and all possibilities must eventually come to pass."Really serious about getting a RP based on a Multi National Team anti-paranormal unit again after the first one lagged and died...
What was the first one?
Flesh is a design flaw.
Wait, everyone's an androgynous and ambiguously bisexual pretty boy/pretty girl?
I'm game!
(The first part is a joke. The second part isn't.)
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.
