Does a similar argument apply to JBM and WMG pages?
IMHO it can either be a NPOV wikipage or a discussion venue. And the latter need their edits/posts to be signed.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.I have never seen a signed Fridge Horror entry and I do not see what that would accomplish.
I agree that signing them encourages personalizing them. The best fridge pages IMO are the ones that resemble moments pages, and most of them have no, or few, signatures.
The signing policy does de facto not exist, in my experience.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAye. I support getting rid of the signing policy for Fridge Brilliance (the only one which actually has it, far as I can tell) because at the moment it basically serves no good use. If it stays, it should be a lot more visible, though.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Removed the note, pointing to here. I suppose we can discuss putting it somewhere more public, but I definitely still think it works best simply without that rule.
Technically speaking, all entries on the Fridge tab are supposed to be signed. However, no one really obeys this rule, probably because the only place it is found is as an editor note on the main Fridge Brilliance page.
Still, some entries are still getting deleted due to this rule, so we need to decide which way we want to go. Personally, I vote no signing fridge entries. Signing them just personalizes them, encouraging first person, Conversation On The Main Page, and all sorts of other things we don't want. A lot of fridge pages are being used as sort of secondary Headscratchers pages, but I've been having a lot of luck with cleaning them up to fit the more formal tone expected of the rest of the wiki.
Anyone else have opinions on the matter?
