It seems to be related to this
issue - the modification of the custom titling system. Incidentally, there is no custom title in the system that does that, as of now.

The new title customiser doesn't tell you if something has an existing custom title — check Whats Up Doc.

It's probably because those pages are also in German, and the German versions were custom titled before the change.
The change makes a custom title applied to one page also apply to all other pages with the same name in different namespaces.

Fixed Xanatos Gambit and Batman Gambit. If there are any more, submit a custom title request for the standard title.

I just noticed that Xanatos Gambit and Batman Gambit are being displayed as Xanatos-Gambit and Batman-Gambit respectively...I'm pretty sure this is improper hyphen use.
