Bringing back two characters from Fate/RP's that never really took off. First a Master and then Alexander the Great (redone so that he does not have IH because IH is God Tier)

Name: Sir Simon Laurent
Faction: Templars (Church-y)
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Description: Why yes, that is the Shroud there
Personality: Simon is very low-key and quiet. He perfers to speak little but say much through his actions. He has grace and manners in spades and is unwaveringly polite no matter who he faces or what he needs to do. As one inducted into the Order of the Templars he is rather unwilling to deal with heretics and is one of the up and coming heretic hunters within the Order. He, like all people however, has his vice. Simon is, for want of a better term, a closet pervert with a tendency to take things the wrong way and stare longer than is proper. The Order overlooks this only because he is capable of keeping it in check...most of the time.

Abilities: Simon is a trained warrior who is adept at using a long sword and a variety of other mundane weapons. He is capable of using a firearm with good accuracy but considers such weapons to be lacking class and taste. He bears a moderate amount of magic circuits and is trained almost exclusively in the realm of reinforcement to enhance his physical prowess. He can also reinforce his weapons to make them stronger and more durable. He is, however, capable of such normal uses of magic as creating a Bounded Field to hide a battle between Servants as well as simple alarm and other such spells. His extensive mastery of reinforcement allows him to fight a Servant very defensively (meaning he can block and/or parry a few swings of a sword/spear/axe/whatever) for up to a minute though after he burns such an amount of prana he will be forced to stop or risk pulling prana away from his own Servant. After burning a full minute at maximum it will take about a day to fully restore his prana unless he recieves extra from an outside source.

Bio: Simon was born to a family of noble blood in Paris. He was raised from a young age as a magi and taught the rather general concepts of magic while also being brought up devoutly Catholic. His father instilled in him the moral compass that so strongly guides him today while his mother was a shining example of compassion that fuels his good deeds. When he was nineteen he was approached by a man who claimed the authority of God. Simon, being originally skeptical, heard the man out. Not two days later was Simon inducted into the Order of the Templars. He was trained in swordsmanship, tactics, and other skills to become a finely tuned heretic hunter. So strong was his faith that he was quickly placed in the field around the world. He's made a name for himself among the Order though few outside, barring select members of the Church, know of him or his duty. When the Holy Grail, a supposed Sacred Relic, was said to have been located Simon was sent to win the Grail War and bring the Grail back to its rightful home. His command seals appeared not long after arriving and thus was he thrust into a War.

Assets: Being a member of the Order, as he is, grants him a rather large income and a penthouse suite at the classiest hotel. He has a very well crafted and ornate blade bearing the symbol of the Order as his main weapon alongside his traditional armor. His greatest asset, however, is his Conceptual Weapon: The Shroud of Saint Longinus. This Shroud allows Simon to "pierce that which is out of one's realm" which is to say it makes him able to strike anything and effect it regardless of whether the target is a man or a Servant. This does not enhance his weapon beyond it's own capabilities but simply means if he struck a Servant with his sword they would get cut rather than simply shrug it off as they do non-magic.

Personality Blurb: Alexander is an ambitious man whose thirst for glory is only tempered by his self-control. He retains a calm exterior in even the most stressful of battles and maintains a level head in spite of everything. Never does Alexander's confidence waver even in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds. This Alexander prefers to match his intellect against his foes rather than his blade and will use any advantage he can gain. His goal in the Grail War is to return to the world he once ruled and see it returned to its former status as a worldpower.

Magic Resistance (C): Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals.
Riding (A): All creatures but those of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts. This rank is high enough to have aptitude for the Rider Class.

Personal Skill(s):

Unmatched Strategist (A): Alexander the Great is perhaps the most well-known conquerer to ever exist who used the might of his mind and his men to conquer the majority of the known world. This skill grants Alex the ability to create masterful strategies on the fly to combat his foes as well as giving him a basic understanding of any NP or skill he sees activated. This knowledge of other Servants is functionally the same as what Masters would know by looking at other Servants. This also gives a + to Luck in the face of an Anti-Army Noble Phantasm granting a boost to Alex in a similar concept to Military Tactics.
Charisma (A): Can be said to have achieved the greatest level of popularity as a human being.
Eye of the Mind, True (B): Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.

Noble Phantasm(s):

Gordian Knot, The Sword of Solutions (C, Anti-Unit): Legend holds that there was once an knot that no man could undo. Alexander saw this knot and cut it in half with his sword thus "solving" the knot in a way never considered. In this incarnation the sword solves the mystery of Alexander's opponent. When Alexander strikes a foe with this blade he gains a fragment of knowledge about them. In the case of a Servant he will learn one of their stats, then skills, then their Noble Phantasms once he has learned all stats and skills from repeated hits. In the case of Masters he strikes (who survive such punishment) he learns first their name and age then their magical talents and finally their Mystic Codes.

Hephaestion, The Undefeated King's Greatest Companion (B, Anti-Unit): This shield is the memento given to Alexander as a memory of his greatest friend in life, a friend so close that even Alexander himself referred to Hephaestion as his own "alter ego". Just as Hephaestion stood beside the King in life this shield stands to defend it's King in the face of insurmountable odds. When the shield is brought forth the Gordian Knot's information gaining powers are sealed in favor of a new set of abilities in concert with Hephaestion suited to the wars they fought side by side until death. The shield itself is capable of defending against Noble Phantasms which reduces damage taken. Gordian Knot when used alongside Hephaestion becomes wickedly sharp as an insturment of Alexander's brutal strategies which here translates to every attack causing unnaturally high amounts of pain compared to what they would normally.

The Man Called The Great, A King without Peer (EX, Passive): Alexander the Great is the undefeated conquerer of most of the then known world and this NP is, in fact, Alexander himself. Alexander is passively immune to any kind of mental influence and his stats cannot be reduced under any circumstances either. The true power of the Noble Phantasm comes from its ability to make the impossible possible. Any attack that would be "unblockable" or "undodgeable" becomes blockable or dodgeable dependant on both the attackers and Alex's luck stats. Any attack that would surely miss has the potential to hit (not including swinging at air and expecting it to hit someone a mile away or the like though obviously).

  • Appearance: Armor is NOT useless! It makes you look much more terrifying. His face
  • Personality: Generally speaking, Shapur is a very ruthless and pragmatic servant; completely dedicated to achieving victory with the least possible cost. Hostages? He'll milk them for all they're worth. Weaknesses of the enemy? He WILL exploit them to their fullest. Ambushes and feints? He'll more often than not attack and fight using them! Enemy servant is too strong? HE'LL GUN FOR THE MASTER INSTEAD!!! Because of his style of dishonorable warfare, he utterly loathes knights and wishes that they die ignoble deaths for their pathetic "Chivalry". All of these things clearly reflect his previous life as one of the greatest rulers that the east has ever produced. Despite his low-blow tactics and cynical worldview, he is not without honor or standards, As alien as they are to "Western" heroes. For one thing, He is extremely loyal to his masters, preferring to sully his name and suffer great torment rather than let one die under his watch. And under no circumstances will he let harm come to children, For in his eyes; They are innocent and undeserving of experiencing the horrors of war (Does not apply to servants who are children since they are no longer as such).

    • Military Tactics: B+, He was not only able to best Emperor Valerian and his Heavy infantry in a pitched battle with minimal losses, but he also managed to capture him alive and humiliate him by using the Eastern Roman Emperor as a footstool until he tired of the ruse and had him flayed alive and use his skin as a dung-filled scarecrow.
    • Eye of the Mind (True): B, Like the example above, Shapur must also have been a very capable and shrewd tactician to have dealt such a crushing defeat to the famous Roman Legions.
    • Battle Continuation: C, Though he was an Emperor, he also had to be rather fierce warrior whenever he and his retinue go to war. And because of him needing to keep up with his elite warriors as well as setting an example for his men; He is quite difficult to put down and even then, the only sure way to incapacitate this servant is to completely break his bones or to dismember his limbs.
  • Noble Phantasms:
    • Ctesiphon, The Breaker of Empires: C, Anti-unit, The very Lance That Shapur had used to unhorse and subsequently capture Emperor Valerian after he ran like a coward in the aftermath of the battle of Edessa. This weapon, like all noble phantasms is extremely tough and almost nigh-impossible to destroy; But it's true purpose is to forcibly dismount enemy riders from their beasts, all the lance has to do is make contact and the offending rider's body and the servant is instantly forced off. Apart from the special unhorsing action, It's a fairly standard weapon for it's time period; Save for the fact that it can separate into a spear and maul (It's Tip and weighted, flanged butt end respectively) for dismounted Combat. Also gets a + modifier against Servants who were kings or emperors.
    • Nisean Horse, The legendary Breed: A, Anti-army/Support, The now-extinct breed of Horse so prized, That an entire river was drained when one of these horses had drowned in it. This warhorse is truly worthy of the legend, being as strong as any phantasmal beast with the height of a large SUV from head to hoof, can outrun fighter jets on takeoff and even during flight, having near-unlimited stamina (It only begins to tire when Shapur starts to run low on mana) and capable of trampling cars into scrap metal with relative ease. (Servants are whole different matter entirely, but it'll still leave a mark) Shapur can summon this beast by performing a distinct and loud whistle plus the sacrifice of half his overall mana capacity. It will remain in the field of battle for 8 minutes if Shapur had summoned it with a full reserve.

Reusing Felicia, but she's beefed up some.

  • Name: Felicia Weinberg
  • Age: 18
  • Gender: Female
  • Description: Small with short black hair.
  • Personality: Felicia is very quiet and very lonely. Her demeanor tends to lead her to be overlooked at school, and her parents, while well-meaning, are oblivious. Not that she would tell them if they asked: after so long of being ignored, she is convinced that it is her fault she is alone. Despite this, however, her greatest wish is to have a friend.
  • Bio: Both her parents are alive, however their frequent business trips leave her alone in the house a lot. Neither of them know about her powers as a magus, and when she decided to participate in the Holy Grail War, she first made sure they would be out of town for the next few months. She likes reading, and found out about the existence of magecraft when her mother brought her an old, dusty book of "ancient mythology".
  • Abilities: Felicia excels in being unnoticed; her Origin is, for lack of a better word, Vanishment. She can not only vanish into shadows, but also manipulate them:
    • Mystic Code: Cloak of Shadows: A plain black hoodie infused with prana. When donned, it allows her to vanish completely from sight, even in broad daylight. If someone is staring right at her when this happens, their vision will blur slightly. She isn't strictly tangible while faded, but if someone comes into the space she's supposed to be occupying, she will likely be knocked out of the enchantment. The hoodie needs to be recharged nightly. She can't use her other skills while cloaked.
    • Shadow Forms: Allows her to use shadows as a physical weapon. She "takes" the shadow from the ground, shaping it to her will. The shadow will retain the shape it had on the ground—if Felicia takes a tree's shadow, she will be swinging a tree at someone. She can't take the shadows of animate/living things (no cats or humans, but trees are fine). She can also extend shadows into solid surfaces for herself and others to stand on, if there's enough material around.
    • Shadow Bolts: she can fire "pieces" of shadow at opponents, blinding them if it gets close to their face and knocking them back with about the force of a Gandr shot.
  • Assets: An empty house, extensive knowledge of the area due to midnight jaunts, listening skills. She's a decent cook and reads a lot. She also carries a flashlight around to make shadows with.

Would Sherlock get along with her alright?

The degree of sharpness required to cut through an object without the application of force is an inherent paradox which cannot possibly exist according to natural laws. However, it is not a lie to say that the Tonbogiri can accomplish such a feat. The reason the Tonbogiri is special, an unmatched and unbeatable weapon, is not because the weapon is sharp, but rather because it is arbitrarily sharp. In other words, the blade is sharp enough to cut through whatever it needs to, regardless of the material's properties. Even if the target is something physically impossible to cut, like a bolt of lightning, the Tonbogiri will ignore this limitation and cut it regardless. It is best said that the blade ignores the concept of sharpness in order to cut, bypassing the need for an edge entirely. Even if the blade was dulled to chipped, rusty mess, it would still retain its unfailing qualities, making it a close-quarters Noble Phantasm of high regard due to its impossible feats.

  • Personality: A powerful, but kind warrior who values loyalty and righteousness above all else. Guan Yu is willing to fight for the weak and oppressed. He strives to repay his debts, even if it would mean freeing an enemy who previously showed kindness in the past. Treachery is something that he will not stand for, and something that is quick to anger him. Trickery is also not something he's particularly fond of.

Guan Yu has a limited capability of controlling air currents, manifested in the form of launching surrounding enemies into the air with a single swing, or releasing a crushing blast of air when thrust towards an enemy.
    • Betrayal Of His Beloved Comrades: A. Anti-Unit. In the event that Guan Yu is betrayed and killed by someone he trusts deeply, his veangeful spirit will linger and curse all responsible. In reality, while his actual ghost does not emerge, those responsible will be afflicted with a curse that steadily deteriorates their stats/health. However, as this is based off of his Magic stat, the cursed can be lifted by those of the Caster class with little trouble.

Her determination is so evident that some of it passes to her troops, spurring them toward greater feats. She also treats her troops very well, and leads by example; for example, she partook in the simple soldiers' work in the siege of Saguntum. She is very loyal to her homeland, and hates Rome with a passion; as a result, convincing her to do something that would not, in some way, hurt Rome or Romans is not easy. Combined with her disrespect for authority, it makes her a somewhat hard to work with underling.

The elephant's concept of crystallization that it attempts to emulate is that it is (nigh-)unstoppable, capable of bypassing terrain, obstacles, and adverse conditions to reach its destination. Once activated, it manifests as a great phantasmal elephant, trumpeting before charging forward and smashing everything in its path, making vicious attacks with its tusks and trunk as it passes.
    • Adaptable Hero, Supplies of the Land (D-rank, Anti-Unit): Hannibal learned to adapt by stealing whatever she could after a battle and adapting her tactics to use whatever new equipment was salvaged. She can summon all types of swords, daggers, spears, shields, armour, bows, or slings as Servant equipment. Also has access to vinegar and torches.

  • @Jacob Anderson: Change the Mystic Eyes of Energy to something much more practicle. The way you have These eyes allow Jacob to see the energy that pervades all of reality seems too vague. Change the to the Mystic Eyes of Heat or something akin to that. If you do, accepted. Also if you change it to heat, can he use it to see the body heat of people like infra red? If so, how far away does it work?

Since Niseans were real; the legend behind them had grown so famous that they had become as strong as real Phantasmal beasts. Even though they are perfectly mundane. So I guess it's just a problem with semantics.

This means that she can be a dangerous opponent if one's not quick to react.

Has the added benefit of denoting the user's legendary skill at dancing, a skill which allows her to command attention by engaging in a dance which is nearly mesmerizing in effect for regular people to glance upon.

It represents access to the incredible wealth contained within the fabled vault of the Forty Thieves which supported the just living of the clan of Alibaba through the ages. By saying the words, Morgiana can open an inter-dimensional portal to the vault, from which she can retrieve gold, fine silks, tapestries and other items which comprise the fabled hoard. It also contains magical artifacts such as flying carpets, lamps containing djinns, marvelous swords and the like, but the greatest treasures contained within are not part of her inheritance and thus, she cannot access them unlike her former master, Alibaba. Still, her jewelry and the silk of her clothes all comes from within the vault and are enchanted to serve in roughly similar capacity as magical armor.
    • Misdirection - The Deception of the Clever One
      • Rank: C
      • Type: Support
      • The Embodiment of Morgiana's ploy which saved her Master multiple times. It allows her to make up to five clones of herself, though they all differ from the original in minuscule details, such as color of nails, style of hair and the like. They are not very tangible and although they can each lift up to medium loads any hit as hard or harder than a slap on the face will make them vanish. The clones however, can all catch and throw daggers with the same skill, though not as much strength as the original and serve as lookouts and spies. Furthermore, by spending more mana Morgiana can use her Noble Phantasm on her Master to make four clones of them in order to allow them a more confusing retreat or ploys. This bring the total of clones she can create to 9 top, 5 Morgianas and 4 Masters.
    • Morgiana - The Slave who Slew the Forty Thieves
      • Rank: C+
      • Type: Anti-Person
      • A magical dagger which embodies the forty assassinations of Morgiana the Clever. The dagger can split in up to forty versions of itself at any given time, each of them with a special effect depending on the type of death she brought to the bandits. 2 Daggers are completely black and represent the bandits slain by their own allies after falling for her tricks. When someone is struck by these daggers, they won't suffer any damage... instead the harm will be transfered to those they call allies. This damage is completely proportional to the wound that would be inflicted on the original target, so a strike that makes a nick on a Servant will do a nick on a Master even if such a strike on them would naturally inflict a much graver wound. By default, a Servant struck will have the damage transfered to their Master and a Master struck will transfer the damage to their Servant. 37 Daggers are red in color, representing the bandits she burned to death in their urns. Her standard to use daggers, these have the attribute of fire and can be ordered to explode into flames by Morgiana at any moment. Finally, her last dagger is pure white in color and represents the bandit chief she kill personally in the middle of her dance. This is her mightiest attack and the one that makes use of the + on the Noble Phantasm. Only usable once every 12 hours, Morgiana can stab or throw this dagger at incredible speeds and furthermore it will try to hone upon her target, making it a hard projectile to avoid. However, this strike can be blocked by the environment, shields or the like as it travels through the air and while the dagger has a certain degree of maneuverability in flight it can't actually fly around obstructions. Upon striking its target, they will be hit by a strong burst of C+ power magic damage, most of it concentrated on the point hit by the tip of the dagger.

Okay, so I understand what the complaints against Faust were better now and I would like to clarify a few things.

Faust's demon summoning is strictly limited to the demons that are the embodiments of human desires and wishes. In addition, she has to "design" them by constructing their bodies. The more time, the more powerful and complex she can make them. Even the most complex, however, while being powerful enough to hurt a Servant, are easily killed by a Servant. At the least complex, they are simple cannon fodder. I can make these clarifications in her bio.

As for Mephistopheles, to begin with, Faust hates him and doesn't want to use him. In addition, he's very limited when summoned as a Noble Phantasm. All he can do is spawn the fears. He can target hundreds at once and spawn fears from them, but even the fears themselves are, while likely challenging to fight, not all that powerful. On top of that, Faust wouldn't utilize his ability to its full extent if she summoned him, only using his power to incarnate the fears of her direct targets. She's also unlikely to summon him anyway due to how much she hates him. Really, Gretchen is Faust's more dangerous Noble Phantasm.

Also, I would like to make a case for Francis Drake, as well. Her pistols are flintlocks and probably not too much of an issue for a Servant. As for her Noble Phantasm, she's a Rider-class Servant. Riders are known for having very powerful Noble Phantasms, so it's fitting for her to have a strong one. It's also big and flashy, it's not something she could use in every fight without risking breaking the secrecy of the War.

This is a Grail War, so aside from Servants like /zero Assassin, everyone is fairly powerful unless odd circumstances get in the way of them being able to use that power.
