Hold your thumb and pinky outstretched.

Keep it at least that far away from the microphone to avoid the sounds of spit in your mouth or air blowing on it.

Everyone just needs to remember the advice from those tutorials - enunciation. Put energy into your words. The less it sounds like you're reading from a script, the better.

Not bad, though you could use a bit of variation in your tone. It's coming off a little deadpan.

Though I am rather ashamed at how shitty my microphone is.

None of us have a soundproof room, but every effort should be taken to wring as much clarity as we can.

I dug this up after finding it a few months before.

Pretty straightforward, but the more we get an idea for the pitfalls and angles we want to go for, the better.

Also, I'm working on a script for the second episode. The clearer we make the characterisation and the direction we want to take this series, the better.

If you've got some more places to fill, I can lend my voice to some character/s. Hopefully my squeaky, raspy excuse for vocal chords can be stood.

The mic quality of mine is sub-optimal however. I take this will be an issue?

If it's a problem with Noise, then I know for a fact that Audacity can remove a lot of the Noise, and anything left over should be covered by your voice.

Do your best to remove the noise before it becomes static, as outlined earlier. Throw a blanket over yourself if you have to.

You guys, I made this thread for a reason. It's so the discussion thread isn't overtaken by all the talk of abridged series, and so we don't have to dig through it to find your auditions.
