EDIT: Some people are saying Dendy is a kappa, but none have given any source. For some strange reason, she's one of the only characters without a profile on the show's tumblr.

Yeah, she a Kappa. If you played the app game, you'll get to a point where you meet her and her profile states she's a Kappa. It's just not addressed so much in this series so far.

That said, while her mouth shape and backpack may be references to a kappa's beak and turtle shell, I still have a bit of a hard time believing she literally is a kappa (barring some kind of disguise). What's in the game isn't necessarily canon to the show.

I'm looking at the character page, and it says that Enid is an expy of Chun-Li.

Is this officially stated somewhere? That's the only explanation I can think of. She takes no visual inspiration from her, doesn't share the same types of personalities, and only really has being a Kick Chick in common.

No. If you see a bad example, just get rid of it.

I would say wearing primarily blue along with being a Kick Chick, but I'll admit that's too little to say she's an Expy.

She's more of a reference to Naruto and general ninja tropes than Street Fighter in any case.

I mean if that's the case, what would K.O be an expy of?

I was thinking more like a mix of Goku and Ryu.

So this show is pretty alright. Liking it more than I thought I would.

Now that I'm finally caught up, I have to say I'm surprised with how good this turned out to be. I like the characters and visual humor a lot, plus the disco/funk/jazz soundtrack.

"Plaza Prom" was really good! I liked everyone's outfits for it.
