I'm really not sure how to picture this, but I don't understand how the pulled pic has anything to do with the trope.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Ms.Frizzle is an example, but the justification was that she was winking at a lizard while driving a bus. But I think we could get a better picture of either her or Mary Poppins doing something physically impossible.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI don't see what's so awesome about blinking at a lizard...
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! It blinks back.
Anyway, I don't think it's a strong image, but it works, somehow. And pulling without a thread when there has been threads about it that didn't reach consensus to pull is bad form.

Check out my fanfiction! So the lizard is the inexplicably awesome character here?
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! She's at least on the same level as the lizard. But the lizard doesn't drive a bus.
Check out my fanfiction!Clock is set. I'm good to leave the pic off.
Well, the clock's up and there's no consensus to put the pic back on the page, so I'd say we're done here. Locking up.
Now, there were two discussions on this back in 2012, but there was never a consensus to pull. However, someone pulled this in January for JAFAAC. While I'm not sure how JAFAACY it is, but the picture quality is terrible enough for me to say not to put it back. Now there's a lot of art out there suggesting that both Ms. Frizzle and Mary Poppins are time lords. It's practically a meme. [1]◊[2]◊. I think there's something pretty awesome that we could do with this.
