The image is quite blurry.

Perhaps we could replace this trope's image with this?

Or perhaps with a shrinked this?

I don't know for sure if this is actually one of the MythBusters welding, but it's on a page that talks about their shop must-haves, so I'm good with associating it with them.

I'd go with the first of the two from the OP in the white hard hat. We don't have to ask, "But he is building something, isn't he?" like the caption does.

Current:

He's either welding midair or a tiny piece of wire. But he is building something, isn't he?

The idea is to show a manly man building something by welding. If nothing else the caption should make the image better, not worse.
