Non-staff tropers can create a UN page, though if it's just rehashing a Wikipedia entry it probably won't last long before being cutlisted.
The requirement for a UN page on a subject is more than just "mentioned on the site". To quote from the Useful Notes page on the purpose of UN pages:
- To debunk common media stereotypes.
- To help you understand some media better.
- To educate, inform, and sometimes entertain.

Considering Sumo does appear frequently in various media a UN pag eon Sumo Wrestling written for tropes would not be out of place.

The Useful Notes page lists seven different items in the Martial Arts subcategory under Sports. I did a search and came up with many references to Sumo wrestling here. So, is just anyone allowed to put together a Useful Notes page about a topic, or do the administrators/moderators do them?
The Other Wiki has a good article about Sumo, but I think I could put my own touch on the subject.
Thank you very much.
