V&S Entertainment (V&S) is a British entertainment and distribution company originally founded in 1991 as VGI Entertainment, a distribution and production company that produces and distributed of European children's programs and cartoons to all over the world. It was founded in 1991 and was originally based in London, until 2001, when they moved to Middlesex. Some of their best-known productions include The Eggs, Ebb and Flo (as VGI) and Everything's Rosie (as their current name). In 2010, the company now rebranded as V&S Entertainment and when they started in productions on VGI's third and latest original production, Everything's Rosie, from CBeebies and premiered in 2010. Despite this, V&S is still very active of this day.
