Really not hard to get an image for this one. I'm gonna make this suggestion. [1]

It works, but I'd like to see if we can find an actual example.

Suggestion is good.

True, the suggestion is good. But I'd like something a bit more witty. Maybe like this which I spent some time to create from scratch just for the page.

I could have done it for real and scanned it, but I didn't want to go to all that trouble without knowing it was going to be used.

The original suggestion is more to the point that this is a trope related to ransom notes.

It wouldn't take too much work to create something which looks more like a ransom note. Maybe "Send me a dozen new magazines or I'll keep cutting letters out of the old ones until you do!" ?

The point being, you come up with a suitable message and I'll create it. If I'm sure it will be used, I'll even go to the trouble of making it out of newsprint and scanning it to an image we can use.

There's quite a few ransom note generators out there... like this one:

That would be a "Love it", here, too. Love the caption as well, although it muight be better as "...time to start a new Image Pickin' thread."

[tup] for the image. (Though the given caption feels kinda so-so.)

It doesn't need a caption.

That one looks good. And, while I'm not usually a big fan of captions on text-based images, this one works. I think it's funny, although I might recommend taking Maddy's suggestion.

OK, image is up and tagged. Leaving this open for the caption discussion.

My favorite caption is 13, but I think it's best without one.

I think it works well enough without a caption.

That's a bit amusing, in that logical paradox sort of way.

"We had a caption here, but it was kidnapped as well."
