Who here has ever made an amateur film? If you'd like, you could also say the plot of the film and why you needed or wanted to create the film.

My friend and I created a short film named "The Man Who Could Talk to Anything". It was about a character loosely based on me sending straight to hell with his demonic Michael Jackson-quoting powers two people who everyday were shuffling. We made it because I told a garbage can to stop talking trash to me.

Uhhhhh during the power outtage caused by Hurricane Ike my siblings and cousins and I were so bored we made a movie with my camera. It was a cops and robbers film where the robbers stole gatorade and grass in ziplock bags.

yeah we were dumb.

In 7th grade, my Comp.Apps teacher told us to make a short "chase film", so my best friend and I made a movie where I was an ISS (In School Suspension, for those of you who have gone to schools without ISS) monitor during an ISS bathroom break and my best friend was waiting his turn. Then, somebody got killed in the bathroom with a shotgun and I screamed at my friend/student to stay there. He ran away, but I chased him down and shot him dead outside the school.

I'm currently thinking about contacting him (he lives on my street) and filming a longer, more fleshed out version of it, though I'm also thinking of filming a Slasher Movie as well just to make this summer break less boring.

Our movie's production was also troubled by some very bizarre events.

I have a friend who went on to go to film school and actually make some short films *

- However, back in high school when we saw each other more often, this ambition mainly manifested itself in making home movies or semi-improvised skits with us as the cast. The only thing with a plot I can remember being in was an unfinished, semi-improvised Blair Witch Project parody to be called The Kenny G Project, which was filmed in my backyard - it was kind of a mish-mash of scenes that actually parodied the movie and awkwardly-tied-in private jokes *. The Kenny G aspect was because we had a friend named Kenny who had long, curly orange hair not unlike a certain jazz musician, but Kenny himself wasn't in the portion we filmed, and I'm not even sure if he was present for the filming - there was talk that, if we couldn't use him in the film, we'd procure a lifesized cardboard cutout of the actual Kenny G somehow and use that *. My role was... (sigh) a flatulent cult member who literally worshiped Kenny G. We got about 20 minutes of film done and planned to try to reconvene the cast and actually resolve the plot, but never did: It seemed like the next time we'd all be together was winter vacation, so we were joking about how, if we resumed filming then, we would deliberately leave absolutely no explanation for why there was suddenly snow on the ground in a film that was supposed to be taking place over a matter of weeks in summer time.

[up] Ha! Maybe if I can find my camera soon and contact my friend to start re-filming our movie, we will also leave it deliberately unexplained as to why the characters are in school when it is summer time.

I made a cameo in a short film some of my friends made. It was...less than impressive. But it looked good production wise.

My friends and I made a movie using The Movies game. It has an original music score and it is voiced in English. If you want, you can write "FATAL CONTACT (LAST FEATURE FILM MADE WITH THE HELP OF THE MOVIES GAME)" in the You Tube search engine and check the movie out. My friends and I would be grateful for any kind of comment:-D.
