Okay. I know that when I say this, your urge to pelt me with rocks will go through the roof.
Ready?
Okay.
I don't like Star Wars.
You sure aren't angering me. I remember when I was in high school, The Hunger Games was required summer reading. I didn't even bother to finish it, I found it boring and cliched.

I don't know if I'm going to get flak for this but... I think that the cartoon Gravity Falls is overrated. Don't get me wrong, I think it's good, but not that great. Everyone seems to be treating it as being extraordinary or revolutionary.
Ya I've seen some episodes of GF before, mostly because people said its about the paranormal. But I found it trite and boring, the characters annoying and plots clichéd.
Same goes for the Hunger games books/movies. I'm not a fan of dystopian futures. I even wrote a short story parodying them. It involved rats riding dogs as mounts in a future where man was wiped out.
The platypus is my spirit animal.I would read that. A link?
Its not on the web, but I will post it sometime soon. For now, heres the base premise:
a Post Apocalyptic world where man had wiped himself out (by means I have not decided yet) and the more intelligent of animals, such as rats, chimps, magpies, pigs and crows, have evolved to a human-like level of intelligence. But the species have had little contact with each other, so in the jungles of Africa, a "chimp-topia" has been set up, for example. The story was to focus on a civilization of rats who have set up a Empire in the ruins of a school. The rat leadership had ambitions to imperialize the "less-civil" animals. Such as a nearby crow village, for it was God's wish that his children, the rats, command over all of his creation. Already the rats smaller and weaker cousins, mice, had become a Slave Race . Other aspects of the rat civilization was that they were militaristic, and rode the smaller breeds of dogs as mounts. They had a caste system, and rat women (worats?) were expected to provide four sons each, so that the military may always be full. For the rats had many enemies, and a rat warriors life expectancy was low. The rats were very religious, worshiping their "God" (in reality an anatomy dummy) at least three times a week. Each of the schools classrooms was home to a different caste, one for scientists and scholars, another for builders, yet another for warriors, and so on. The rat hierarchy lived in what was once the principles office. The "arena" (cafeteria) was were every ratizen was expected to meet, for religious sermons, gladiatorial combat, and naming ceremonies. The rats technology was rather limited, being equal to pre-Renaissance humanity.
There were also to be Orangutan monks, an assassination plot, and singing cattle.

The platypus is my spirit animal. Is it an overall humorous tale?
-sees post saying Gravity Falls is overrated-
U FUGN WOT, M8?
Just kidding, I love the show to death.
But: Evil Dead II is overrated. The effects suck and Ash, while incredibly badass because he's motherfucking ASH, doesn't become badass until the very end.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Ya, I never do "grimdark" stories.
The platypus is my spirit animal. It's spelled "yeah."
pearlina brainrot affects millions of people worldwide. if you or a loved one are suffering from pearlina brainrot, call 1-800-GAY-NERDSI recently watched Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and I was not impressed.
That is all.
That statement + your current avatar is perfect
I have to return some videotapes. My WallWell excuse me! I didn't know my words would be under such scrutiny. :)
The platypus is my spirit animal.Honestly, I've seen more or less every other Rankin Bass special, but I still have not actually sat down and watched the original Rudolph in full. Everything I've seen of it, though, I don't feel like its reputation as one of the best Christmas specials evarrrr is deserved.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Withnail And I. It might be a combination of this and Americans Hate Tingle. In any case, it struck me as a slew of self-conscious attempts at delivering lines that would be quoted by pot-smoking hipsters for years to come. That is, when it wasn’t indulging in homophobic Cringe Comedy, which if memory serves took up roughly two-thirds of the film’s running time. To say I didn’t “get it” is an understatement.
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!A lot of people say Earthbound is a game with really unique and funny dialogue, but I didn't really think any of it was as funny as I had heard. I still had a great time playing it, I just didn't think it was that funny.

I'm guessing it was funnier than the advertising. The ads made it look like a gross-out game of all things. Even today, you see Earthbound fans mocking the terrible choice for a slogan: "This game stinks".
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Well, it still managed to make me chuckle here and there, but I wasn't in stitches like some fans said I would be.
The advertising was atrocious. It hurt my soul.
Hence the game bombing in America despite a badass cover.
Of course, most of what I hear people like about it is the story. I've read Homestuck, and while I haven't always laughed at it (save one or two moments that nearly suffocated me into a fit of giggles), I still thought the story was brilliant.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I cannot due romance movies, their creativity train crashed long ago.
People still like romance movies?
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?I guess? I still hear of them in USA and/or TNT. Also, I am getting really annoyed at the whole witty self aware stories that teach lessons despite my only exposure is Joss Whedon.
"We are just like Irregular Data. And that applies to you too, Ri CO. And as for you, Player... your job is to correct Irregular Data."Mega Man Classic and Mega Man Legend are my least favorite series of the franchise. Classic feels slow and barebone and its mythos is forgettable. Legend's control is sluggish and its dungeons are very boring to me.

Yes I took Beast Wars seriously, silly.
Though the less said about Beast Machines, the better.
